Ricky Moyte came out to my home to inspect my roof that was installed 2 years ago by 1st Priority Roofing. Ricky was very knowledgeable, respectful, and kept me informed of his arrival to my home along with his findings of the roof inspection. Vadym and his team did a great job on our roof! Working with 1st priority was easy and everyone we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Call 1st Priority for your next roof replacement!
Our employment of 1st Priority came about as a result of a referral from a neighbor. There was tremendous hail damage to our property in May 2023. I was given the telephone number of their field representative, Vadym. My first was that he not only had a great rapport with people but he wanted to provide great…
We worked with Vadym at 1st Priority after a summer hail storm. He gave us some great discounts for being a return customer and worked with us to upgrade our gutter system. Because of his knowledge, we were also able to prove paint damage and other issues caused by the hail storm. Because of that, insurance…
Vadym was amazing to work with! He was attentive, professional, made sure to explain paperwork thoroughly and always on time. I highly recommend working with him and 1st Priority Roofing!
Had a fantastic experience with 1st Priority Roofing, thanks to Philip. He's truly honest and assured me that my skylight is in perfect condition, requiring no repairs. His integrity won my trust, and I'll definitely choose 1st Priority Roofing for any future roofing needs. Exceptional service, thanks Philip!

Vadym and the 1st Priority team have been wonderful to work with throughout the project. We're thrilled with the roof, gutter, and down spout replacement that they've provided (as well as the solar panel uninstall and reinstall that they coordinated), and all of the tradespeople involved in the project have been…

We got hit by a heavy hailstorm back in July and after what seemed like never-ending visits from roofing contractors wanting to look at our roof we called 1st Priority Roofing as we knew one of the owners, Billy, and knew we could get an unbiased inspection and honest appraisal. We got that and more, pictures of the…
Three roof replacements due to hail. Awesome roof crew and customer care from the company every time. Also expert gutter crew and top tier exterior paint was well done. A great company, but the main reason we stay with 1st Priority is our sales expert, Vadym. Make sure you ask for him. 1st Priority, make sure Vadym…
1st Priority Roofing they make you feel like family, they come into your home and listen to your need of your home, they're top notch professionals, when the job was completed, I actually hated knowing that would be the last time I get to see them or work with them, I would definitely recommend them to anyone and…

These guys are amazing! Seemless process, with excellent communication and superb work! 10/10 would recommend!!
1st Priority is fine. Not the best, not the worst. They could have done a much better job of communicating with me and insurance. They could have explained the charges much betters. The work that was done looks great and they cleaned up well though.
1st Priority helped us replace our roof and navigate the confusing process of using our warranty. Vadym was especially helpful and took care of all the paperwork that would have been very stressful for me to do on my own. We highly recommend 1st priority!
I can't say enough good things about the the folks at 1st Priority Roofing. In March of last year I discovered a leak in my roof and had 3 roofing contractors come in to give me an estimate. I've used 1st Priority for roof and gutter replacement on two separate properties (2016 and 2022). In both cases, they were responsive, helpful, and professional. We had a major problem managing the overflow of water running off our roof during heavy rains.
