Ricky Moyte came out to my home to inspect my roof that was installed 2 years ago by 1st Priority Roofing. Ricky was very knowledgeable, respectful, and kept me informed of his arrival to my home along with his findings of the roof inspection. I would highly recommend Ricky and 1st Priority Roofing for all of your roofing needs.
Vadym and his team did a great job on our roof! Working with 1st priority was easy and everyone we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Call 1st Priority for your next roof replacement!
Our employment of 1st Priority came about as a result of a referral from a neighbor. There was tremendous hail damage to our property in May 2023. I was given the telephone number of their field representative, Vadym. My first was that he not only had a great rapport with people but he wanted to provide great…
We worked with Vadym at 1st Priority after a summer hail storm. He gave us some great discounts for being a return customer and worked with us to upgrade our gutter system. Because of his knowledge, we were also able to prove paint damage and other issues caused by the hail storm. Because of that, insurance…
Vadym was amazing to work with! He was attentive, professional, made sure to explain paperwork thoroughly and always on time. I highly recommend working with him and 1st Priority Roofing!
Had a fantastic experience with 1st Priority Roofing, thanks to Philip. He's truly honest and assured me that my skylight is in perfect condition, requiring no repairs. His integrity won my trust, and I'll definitely choose 1st Priority Roofing for any future roofing needs. Exceptional service, thanks Philip!
An outstanding organization from start to finish. Bryan, Sylvia, Vadym, Rich and the entire staff provided the quality, on time delivery and professionalism that use to be the benchmark of all US companies. 5 Star+ service. Highly recommended!
Wonderful experience with 1st Priority. Vadym explained everything thoroughly and they had the job completed within a week. I would definitely use them again!
Vadym and his crew were great to work with. They got the job done well ahead of the scheduled time frame. I would recommend 1st Priority Roofing to anyone looking to get work done on their roofs.
Vadym came out to inspect my roof after a recent hail storm. He was upfront and honest about the damage and showed me detailed pictures and gave great advice and explanation as well. Vadym noticed a shingle was missing and located it and promptly reinstalled it after checking to make sure it was alright with me.…
Mr Vadym was very professional..... He made sure I knew exactly what was going on and when. If more business had a Mr. Vadym, they would be more successful. Thank you for the very professional job you preformed and keeping me on budget.

1st Priority Roofing went above and beyond than just replacing our roof and gutters. They took care of everything including working with our Solar company, working with my insurance company, giving us discounts and giving us additional gutters that made the front of the house look way better than other houses in the…
Vadym and the 1st Priority team have been wonderful to work with throughout the project. We're thrilled with the roof, gutter, and down spout replacement that they've provided (as well as the solar panel uninstall and reinstall that they coordinated), and all of the tradespeople involved in the project have been…
In our initial meeting, I got the feeling that this was a very professional organization and I was right. Their representative was AMAZING , Vadym sold me immediately . He acted as an advocate with the insurance company and was available for any questions or concerns. Everyone who worked on my home also fit this…
We got hit by a heavy hailstorm back in July and after what seemed like never-ending visits from roofing contractors wanting to look at our roof we called 1st Priority Roofing as we knew one of the owners, Billy, and knew we could get an unbiased inspection and honest appraisal. We got that and more, pictures of the…
Three roof replacements due to hail. Awesome roof crew and customer care from the company every time. Also expert gutter crew and top tier exterior paint was well done. A great company, but the main reason we stay with 1st Priority is our sales expert, Vadym. Make sure you ask for him. 1st Priority, make sure Vadym…
1st Priority Roofing they make you feel like family, they come into your home and listen to your need of your home, they're top notch professionals, when the job was completed, I actually hated knowing that would be the last time I get to see them or work with them, I would definitely recommend them to anyone and…

We never felt pressured, and all our questions were quickly and clearly answered. The installation crew worked hard and completed the work in a single day. Highly recommend 1st Priority.
1st Priority Roofing and especially Vadym were by far most professional and dedicated team that I have worked with. From the start to finish, Vadym and his team ensured the project went smoothly and worked to make the insurance company honest in the inspection. Vadym was responsive to questions and concerns about…
Incredibly professional and responsive team that replaced roof, added gutters and gutter guards
Vadym and the rest of the 1st Priority Roofing staff were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, responsive, and performed wonderful work on our roof installation. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with 1st Priority. Everything was planned out from the start and we were kept in the loop the entire time, from the installation timeline to real time drone images of the installation to post install inspection. Absolute pleasure to work with Vadym and Eric who oversaw the entire…
I am very impressed with 1st Priority Roofing! My Project Consultant (Chad) came out to inspect my roof/property following last year’s severe hail storm. I am very pleased with 1st Priority. They came out and inspected my roof for wind damage and then took over all of the work that needed to be done to replace it. They were prompt and professional. They kept me informed about the work being done every step of the way. Very impressed!
These guys are amazing! Seemless process, with excellent communication and superb work! 10/10 would recommend!!
1st Priority is fine. Not the best, not the worst. They could have done a much better job of communicating with me and insurance. They could have explained the charges much betters. The work that was done looks great and they cleaned up well though.
1st Priority helped us replace our roof and navigate the confusing process of using our warranty. Vadym was especially helpful and took care of all the paperwork that would have been very stressful for me to do on my own. We highly recommend 1st priority!
I can't say enough good things about the the folks at 1st Priority Roofing. In March of last year I discovered a leak in my roof and had 3 roofing contractors come in to give me an estimate. Chad from 1st Priority stood out above the rest. He completed a thorough inspection using high-tech drones to capture images…
I've used 1st Priority for roof and gutter replacement on two separate properties (2016 and 2022). In both cases, they were responsive, helpful, and professional. They also communicated effectively with me, my tenants, and my insurance company. On the 2022 project, they recommended a public adjuster when the…
Thanks to Vadym, we found out the materials that were used on our roof were insufficient and needed to be replaced ASAP. Vadym, Mike and their team were wonderful when replacing our roof.
