Igor shared his expertise and told us how we could do the repairs on our leaking faucet and noisy running toilet ourselves, all for the initial $99 diagnostic fee. It ended up costing us and additional $58 instead of the quoted $600.

Highly expensive. JR Putman Plumbing initially wanted to charge $455 for a 20 minute repair to fix a tub faucet leak, was able to talk them down to $400. It was still too costly and they overcharge. It was a simple repair by replacing a malfunctioning cartridge on the faucet. Literally charging $1000/hour for their service. Lesson learn.
