The technician Igor was very nice and competent. However what was said to me over the weekend phone was not what they charged me! They stated a different quote after diagnosing the problem. $135 to replace a 15 dollar part on the toilet. I’m in a wheelchair and have no one to help me with this need. They charged me way too much

JR Putman is our go to for plumbing. Their prices are fair and their technicians are professional and amazing. They never recommend fluff that you don't need and they always fix the problem the first time. Definitely recommend these guys if you need toilet repair!
