26th Street Auto Center - Auto Repair & Car Detailing in Los Angeles, CA

Honest, fast, fair and good communication

Let me preface this by saying that my dad was a car mechanic, so I know what fair pricing looks like. Unfortunately he passed away a few years ago. I called 26th Street Auto Center for a standard tire patch quote and was given a price of $79.00. This is outrageously inflated for a routine fix. Quoting rates like… Read full review

Prompt, courteous, and thorough. Everyone who works there is always so welcoming, as well as efficient.

Love these people! Super reliable and I enjoy saying hi in addition to dropping off my car.

John's Sinclair is always dependable. Great service always!

I can’t say enough good things about this 26th Street Auto Repair! I stopped in after finding a screw in my tire and, as always, was greeted with a smile and a genuine “How can we help?” They told me it would take about 45 minutes, so I left my car and walked next door to Country Mart for a coffee. Before I even had… Read full review

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate 26th Street Auto!! They are the best in the business and they will take care of everything for you!!

Great service on my tire repair. Fast, courteous and reasonable.

I have load force balance done. Is it cheap? I don't think so. Do you get what you paid for? Yes, absolutely. I will go back to this shop when in need.

Friendly local service.

Terrific service. Was towed here after a completely flat tire and they were able to patch me up in no time without replacing the entire tire. I was in a total bind and they went above and beyond in coming through for me!

I got a nail in my tire and was losing pressure fast. They got me right in and fixed the tire in less than a hour. Really nice team and saved the day for me!

Always friendly and great service, have helped many times with my Toyota.

Robert & Richard always take good care of the car's needs. They are personable and very professional. They recommend only what needs to be done and any options with a time frame. Trustworthy with competitive prices.

Richard did a great job. He repaired the punctured tire in less an hour. Very nice job. I do recommend this auto center.

I had a nail in my tire which they fixed. It couldn’t have been easier. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

I love the girl mechanic that worked on my car 🚘 I think her name was crystal. She was amazing and fast

I was on my way out to SF when I got a flat tire. Robert was incredibly helpful in expediting my service so I could get on the road. Thank you!

Wonderful service. Fast, efficient, and friendly!

I started coming to 26th St Auto Center last year for general oil change and tune ups based on the good reviews here. This year I needed new tires and that’s when I met Robert who took time to help me decide on the tires for my needs. The tires I eventually decided on were perfect for the road trip I had planned and… Read full review

Second time I've brought my car there. They are friendly and do great work.

Best service every time I go there Good prices and the best service

A screw in my tire had put a damper on my day, and I needed to get it fixed pretty quickly. I called 26th St Automotive because they are close to where I live, and they were so incredibly friendly and helpful that I didn’t even bother shopping around more- these were the people I wanted to give my business. When I… Read full review

For $60, they successfully (so far) repaired my tire that had picked up a nail and was leaking. I made an appointment to bring the car in before 9:30, at their instruction, so they could "get to it right away." I needed to pick it up before my wife went to work in a few hours. When I called at noon before heading… Read full review

Great service! Robert was very responsive and went the extra mile and got things fixed quickly which was very appreciated.

Woke up to a flat tire. They found a new tire and, even though they were very busy, had me on the road within a couple of hours. Very nice and fair people.

Great service!

I stopped here because my car alerted me that a tire was dangerously low. They checked it out, discovered a nail, and repaired it quickly the next day without trying to sell me a new tire. They’ve earned my trust and loyalty.

26th Street Auto Center is in our neighborhood and we've used them for year for various incidental car repairs. They recently switched from being affiliated with Union76 to Sinclair and in addition to good service, the price of gas is lower. I recommend them highly.

I’ve been using this station for gas and service since I first started driving in 1982! Love the entire team and feel so safe and well taken care of there. As a woman I never feel like they talk “over my head” and I trust them entirely. They are my neighborhood station and I love them!

Go out of your way for this auto shop. So nice and helpful. Quick and fairly priced. Also Sinclear gas is right there and equally as friendly.

Their service has been excellent for the more than 20 years of my going there. Being close by is very convenient. Robert Jackie and Richard are great. Ben

Friendly, helpful. Faster than expected.

Awesome and very professional. Very easy to talk to. Richard and the guy ( forgot his name) who fix my tires actually are very nice and very accommodating. In less than the time promised to me my car was able to get back on the road. Thank you and God Bless your business..

Attentive customer service. Took a lot longer than I thought it would. If you are on a fixed income this shop is not economically conducive. Shop called to follow up on my review. I am very pleased to say there was complete satisfaction to my original issues with service prices.

I have being coming here for years. I have brought multiple European cars here for service, tires and details. They are professional, friendly, and always helpful.

This place is so great! The mechanics are friendly, and they do first-rate work. They're organized and efficient. I highly recommend!!

This is the best mechanic shop on the West side of Los Angeles. They have maintained all my vehicles for the last 15 years and I do a lot of road trips. I have yet to break down on any road trips since they took over maintenance.

I’ve been coming to this service station for many years. It’s like a secret gem in the neighborhood. It’s a place that you can count on for good service whether it’s a quick oil change, new tires or a car detail.

I absolutely love this place has been going for years. They bend over backwards to accommodate, stand behind their work.

Robert and his team are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me with a new set of tires on our BMW i3. Excellent customer service. If you need any repairs on your car, go to this place.
