Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I wanted to transform my (very sad) office into the work from home room of my dreams! We also wanted it to be able to transform into an extra guest bedroom. Jessica was amazing from the beginning. She immediately saw the vision, and got right to work designing. I am SO happy with the outcome! The installers were also great - thank you Mauricio and Kevin for bringing the room to life. I will be using 27 diamonds for all our future home design needs!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Linda, and share what an exceptional experience I had working with her. I originally hired 27 Diamonds because I wanted professional help updating the landscaping of my home to create a more modern, minimal look. I paid for the expertise of a landscape designer because, while I had ideas of what I liked, I was looking for someone who could take those thoughts and use their professional knowledge and creativity to turn them into something better than I could envision on my own. Unfortunately, my initial experience did not meet those expectations. There was little creative input beyond the ideas I had already provided, deadlines were missed, communication was inconsistent, and the project simply was not moving forward. Then Linda stepped in, and everything changed. From our first conversation, Linda listened carefully to what I wanted, but she didn't stop there. She brought her own creativity, experience, and ideas to the project. She understood the look I was trying to achieve and made thoughtful recommendations that helped bring that vision to life. Just as impressive was her communication. Linda followed up with me every few days, kept me informed, met the deadline, and made me feel that my project truly mattered to her. I never had to wonder what was happening or chase her for an answer. She was responsive, professional, enthusiastic, and dependable throughout the process. What impressed me most was Linda's ability to combine listening with expertise. She respected my ideas while also giving me the professional guidance I had hoped to receive when I hired a landscape designer. That combination is a wonderful skill and an enormous asset when working with clients. Linda turned what had begun as a disappointing experience into an extremely positive one. She restored my confidence in 27 Diamonds and reminded me how much one outstanding employee can influence a customer's impression of an entire company.
