I was introduced to Daniel at Affinity Design Group through my general contractor and designer. Daniel prepared the architectural and structural plans and calculations for a room addition project at my home, which included expanding a second-floor bedroom and office space and enclosing an exterior courtyard to create a new foyer.
Daniel was very easy to work with throughout the entire process. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and kept the project moving efficiently. The City had only very minor corrections to his plans, and Daniel addressed all of them in less than a week.
His pricing was fair, but what really stood out was the quality of his work and his responsiveness. I am extremely happy with the final outcome and would highly recommend Daniel and Affinity Design Group to anyone looking for professional architectural or structural design services.

Daniel was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer my questions about some checking I noticed in a structural wood beam. I sent him a video and a few photos, and he carefully reviewed everything before providing a detailed explanation.
