314 Roofing did a wonderful job repairing some wear and tear on my 11 year old roof. They were very honest and transparent with me. After inspection, they reported that I do NOT need a new roof and my current roof should last another 5 to 7 years. They only suggest that I have some maintenance done on some areas…
314 Roofing did a phenomenal job! Nate was amazing! He answered all 99,000 of my questions (oh yes! I had plenty) without irritation. I was able to personalize my roof from the Proedge hip and ridge all the way down to the Underlayment and vent ridges! I’m so happy I shopped around and found you guys. Let me also…
We liked dealing with 314 roofing from the get go. Randy was very nice and explained everything ,showed us pictures of our problem and problems we would have in the near future. He left us with pictures of everything he saw on our roof and an estimate. There was no pressure on hiring them to do anything. The company…
I had a roof leak and had 5 separate appointments lined up for quotes. 314 Roofing was the most thorough with the inspection and reported all the issues I had on my roof and didn’t try to sell me on maintenance/repairs that I didn’t need. The 4 other quotes were missing something or another and I had to piece them…
Loved the entire process with this company and the work they did and how they went about it. Highly recommended.
I’m inexperienced with home ownership and was nervous to get gutters put on and have the roof evaluated. Randy and Carlos (and their team) did an amazing job! Randy was kind, showed photos, had great explanations, and seemed very down to earth and not at all sales-like. There was never anything that made me think…
We needed some maintenance on our roof, and after getting several inspections and estimates, we chose 314 Roofing. From the start, there was no pressure—everything was clearly explained, and all of our questions were answered thoroughly. They stood out as the most professional and detail-oriented company we spoke…
THE ROOFER WAS SO KIND AND ON TOP OF HIS GAME HE KNEW JUST WHAT TO DO AND DID IT GREAT CLEAN UP HE NEVER PUT THE LADDER ON MY FLOWERS WE REALLY LIKE HIM.
I had 314 Roofing come by to complete a quick inspection on the roof after i saw leakage in my attic due to rainwater. Randy did a full inspection and kept it honest in what was wrong with my roof. He even recommended some repair that was not needed but would help the lifespan of the roof and did not force or push a…
My experience from the beginning to the end was top notch customer service. Monica was attentive to my needs and what I was up against time wise. The inspection, repair work, and quotes for a new roof were all completed in a weeks time. I have already signed a contract for the new roof to be installed in the…
Service was excellent from when I called to get an estimate until the end of the project. Tad was very helpful and informative. I did not feel pressured in any way. The work was scheduled really quickly. The time the crew took to replace our entire roof took half a day. I liked how the crew covered our home to avoid…
I began the process to replace my aging and leaking roof by obtaining several quotes. After a thorough roof inspection and several pricing-level proposals from sales rep Burke Abercrombie, I signed a re-roofing contract with 314 Roofing. On installation day, the materials and crew arrived before sunrise and…
Qualified job!
What a great company to work with. They return calls, show up when scheduled and did an awesome job replacing my 20+ year old roof. They don't pressure you to buy a higher level roof than you are comfortable with, answer questions honestly and thoroughly and were a pleasure to work with. They turned our whole…
Burke came out and did an inspection. He was thorough and explained every aspect of the inspection and needed repairs. I felt very confident using their services. They came out today and completed the repairs. They replaced the HVAC penetrations and vents damaged by squirrels. They went above and beyond even cleaned…

314 roofing was amazing. I got my roof fully replaced in one week from the first time I picked up the phone and spoke to someone. Spencer and Bryan from sales were awesome. 314 is the best roofing company I’ve ever used. We were helped by the most handsome and jacked salesman there- named Dimas Estrada- who was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I definitely recommend this company and Dimas especially for any roofing questions or needs.

I am so thankful for Heriberto J. The storm was so bad the night before, water started leaking through my roof that I was mortified.
