Is 314 Roofing Solutions any good?

314 Roofing did a wonderful job repairing some wear and tear on my 11 year old roof. They were very honest and transparent with me. After inspection, they reported that I do NOT need a new roof and my current roof should last another 5 to 7 years. They only suggest that I have some maintenance done on some areas…

As always 324 and Andy are prompt and professional, and most importantly they are transparent in how they deliver their recommendations and services. Highly recommend.

From the start, when Blane and Nico came by to give an estimate, to the finish, when the job was completed, there is not one negative thing to be said about 314 Roofing Solutions. There were additional estimates from competitive roofing companies; 314 was the only company that actually climbed onto the roof to…

I had a roof leak and had 5 separate appointments lined up for quotes. 314 Roofing was the most thorough with the inspection and reported all the issues I had on my roof and didn’t try to sell me on maintenance/repairs that I didn’t need. The 4 other quotes were missing something or another and I had to piece them…

I waited to leave this review until the work was completed so I could give a fair assessment. Overall, my experience with 314 Roofing’s operations and sales team was fine. Burke was a pleasure to work with—very responsive, helpful, and even pointed out an issue unrelated to my roof repair/maintenance, which I…

314 roofing was amazing. I got my roof fully replaced in one week from the first time I picked up the phone and spoke to someone. Spencer and Bryan from sales were awesome. I ended up going with the storm protector class 4 shingle which will save me annually on home insurance as well as the solar fan which I can get…

We began to have damaging leaks within our home which had caused a lot of stress for the family. When we reached out to 314 Roofing, Bryan Keefe was able to reassure us of the process, cost, and quality of the work. Their team had redone the entire roof within 2 days and it has never looked better. Many of the…

314 is the best roofing company I’ve ever used. We were helped by the most handsome and jacked salesman there- named Dimas Estrada- who was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I definitely recommend this company and Dimas especially for any roofing questions or needs.
