There was an issue with my first new hot water heater that was installed Friday, but 4Star's customer service was fantastic. They sent someone back Friday evening and the issue continued throughout the weekend so they sent someone again right away today as soon as I called and replaced it per my request, and now it…
We contacted 4 Star Plumbing regarding a new Rheem Hybrid 65 Gallon Water Heater. My wife called Rheem for name of experienced plumber who has knowledge of Hybrid installations. We spoke with 4 Star and knew that’s who we wanted to install. We can’t say enough good things about this company. So professional from…
Excellent Service- very fast. Great at accessing the problem, recommending the best repair option and offering quick quote. The install was done quickly and they were personable and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend their services.
I believe the best plumbing service in south florida. I have used 4 Star for over 10 years for various projects. Always timely efficient courteous and professional.
Prompt service with a knowledgeable team of experts. I would highly recommend them!
I am so happy with 4 Star Plumbing Services! They gave me a great price on new water heater tank for my home. Carlos, the technician did a wonderful job installing the new tank and we have hot water again! I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Brenda was amazing at coordinating this repair and getting in done in a timely manner as well.
The technician Carlos very professional and honest
This is an unsolicited review. I just want to acknowledge the great experience that I had with 4 Star Plumbing. From the initial communication with Alex who responded quickly to my inquiries and was able to give me an easy, reasonable quote by phone and scheduled a prompt appointment to the technicians. Cullen and…
The communication in getting an estimate, setting up install and install itself was outstanding. Good communication is extremely important to me, and is often lacking in dealing with the trades. We had Phil as our technician, and he was great. I originally reached out to 4 Star Plumbing because they carried the…
Very good
Just terrible!
Phil did a great job installing the water heater. He was cordial, tidy and professional. The ladies, Brenda and Alex, who answered the phones at 4 star are a pleasure to talk to! Would use 4 star again, as we have in the past! Best, Bradley
They were great Great price Great service Great people to work with
I woke up this morning and no hot water. My old water heater was very old and I expected it to go at any time. By chance called 4 Star Plumbing first thing this morning and spoke with Brenda. Sh was extremely helpful and was able to get an installer here by 10:30am. Josh arrived and was very pleasant. He had a new…

Best Plumbing Service in South Florida. Fast response and excellent work! Have used 4 Star Plumbing for numerous years for numerous projects and properties, never disappointed!
6/3/24 Another perfect service call! Thank you Danilo - incredibly skilled. And Brenda (on the phone). Still the ABSOLUTE BEST plumbing service you’ll ever find. After being told by another well-known plumbing company that a certain problem could not be fixed because the parts were no longer made, I called 4 Star.…
I couldn’t have been happier with 4-Star Plumbing. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They came to my condo on time and installed a new water heater after removing the old one. They did a great job and were very respectful of my property. I definitely recommend them and will…
I've used them 3 times in the past year after seeing their great reviews on NextDoor. They are amazing with their response time, quick appointment scheduling, follow up calling (30 minutes prior) and professionalism. I wish every business I dealt with was this easy and professional. The plumber/techs that come to…
I was very pleased with the service. The timeliness was a pleasant surprise. However, I think the receipts for the service should be itemized so that the customer sees what they're paying for.
Repeat customer. Tha absolute best service, blazing fast, and great prices.
Excellent Service received
The company was responsive and the young man (Andrew) that did all of the work over several days, comported himself as an ambassador for the company. To summarize the experience - it was a pleasure!
The 4 Star team showed up on time, as scheduled and were the most professional and courteous contractor that I have used in years. They kept me informed throughout the day and when I popped an additional job on them, they got a quote and approval to do it while standing right in front of me. They will be my first…
We just moved to Oakland Park in June, and knew the hot water heater (11 years old) would need to be replaced eventually. When it started leaking late on a Saturday morning, I knew it was time. I called first thing Monday, and 4-Star returned my call within 30 minutes. After a bit of consultation and advice, they…

This is my plumber of choice. I always call them for any plumbing problem.
4 Star Plumbing saved the day for us today. We needed to replace our water heater asap. They had the unit in stock and were able to send a team over right away. Technicians Alvaro and Phil were friendly and professional. After the install they went over the new unit with me, answered my questions and left everything neat and clean. Thank you 4 Star.
Very good service. Andy is very professional and did a great job.
4 STAR SERVICES earned our business for life. They quickly arrived to diagnose our issues with the hot water heater. Jerry was so professional and so kind! He went above and beyond to try and get our old water heater functioning until our new one could be installed. We are so thankful for the excellent service from 4 STAR!
Andrew and Jerry were both great! They made sure we didn't have to wait an extra day to get it done. I really appreciate that Jerry stayed until almost 9pm just to make sure we had hot water for tomorrow.
This is my 4th great experience with this company! They are very professional, on-time and don't rip you off. Jerry was awesome and work was perfect. I also had this company come out and upgrade some issues for my 4 point inspection. I will continue to use because they are fair, punctual and always provide a great service. Thanks to all of you!!!
Outstanding performance, I will use this company again. Wjh
We called after 9 am with emergency as we had to leave town. Our instant hot heater was leaking. They were already scheduled for the day but one had an easy job and came right over with the new heater and done by just after one pm. EXCELLENT job by their serviceman Josh. Thank You for the quick responce.
Wonderful work! Our water heater began leaking from the bottom the night before, called 4Star and they had someone at our home by the afternoon. Provided an estimate over the phone prior to coming out, which was really nice. We are in our first home and haven't really dealt with something like this yet. Carlos, the…
Mcnair and Ricardo were so professional. They did a very thorough job. I feel very safe what they did... Great guys...
