5 microns was so easy to work with. Absolutely loved Carole! She was so through and educating, a true pleasure to work. I was happy to give them a call and request her to come back for mold clearance.
Very straightforward, although does not always deliver their results on time even if paying the extra 25$

This review is from an individual who was not our client. Our services were ordered and paid for by a third party as part of a real estate transaction that did not proceed. Asbestos surveys require limited invasive sampling in accordance with industry standards, and no repair or restoration work was contracted. We stand by our work and professionalism.

Orel, upon looking at our records, we don't see you in our system as a customer, it may be because you did not fill out the COC correctly and followed the drop off instructions, which could delay the process or have your samples rejected by the lab. When we are unable to process samples as expedited, we never charge the associated fee. Additionally, the lab had a computer network outage for the past week and the issue has caused major delays in providing test results, as well as the inability to process new samples. The lab is working on the issue and we expect service to resume sometime this week. Thank you! Pascal

On time smart great explanations. These folks know their stuff. Kind and don't make you feel stupid. General inspector and real estate agent very impressed as well. Can't go wrong with these guys. Bit expensive but you get what you pay for here.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had some concerns for mold in my office after gone through some water damage a year back, and I contacted 5 microns, and they came in the following day and ran all the necessary tests. A couple days later they emailed my results with the breakdown of everything I needed to know and how to take care of my concerns! Pascal was also very professional! Highly recommend!
