5 Star HVAC is the only HVAC my family will use while we live within their service area. They are the most responsive HVAC contractor I have ever encountered.
Outstanding service. Emergency outage handled on Sunday resolving the issue. Follow up service on Monday to complete and prevent future issues of the same nature. Added maintenance agreement for a total great value. Thank you!
Great experience. Quick response. Great tech. Good job. Communicated well!
This company is amazing. I've dealt with many HVAC companies from California to Texas, and I'm quite cynical about the industry because they are obsessed with "whole system" upselling. 5 Star is unlike any of those other companies--they are customer-centric and do the right thing, not just the most profitable…
This is a top notch company! Everyone associated with our job were knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend using 5Star!
We had an issue with our A/C unit not coming on. We checked all the breakers, then called the experts. We called 5 Star and received immediate help. And they will be coming back to do maintenance on all our units in a few days. We are grateful for their response and expertise. Thank you so much.
My initial review was great until they came back and made me replace my whole unit and once they left I had an air conditioner that was the exact same. In the end they paid for me to get a new thermostat, that was the issue but I received a whole new unit. The unit I did received for outside broke in less than 2…
I want to make a shoutout for excellent response and service with 5 Star HVAC. Came in on time as scheduled on a Saturday morning to check my thermostat and AC for not working for 2 days.. The technicians were able to resolve the issue immediately. They were both pleasant and respectful. I actually have a family…
Pedro was very prompt in getting to my house. Quickly identified the problem and fix. Bonus was he even had it done that day. They did a thorough job with the maintenance on the systems. High recommend with very reasonable prices.
Very professional- I recommend!! This team is punctual and business related in a good way with their processes, scheduling, payment, etc. Always on time!
I have used 5 Star HVAC for the last 10 years for maintenance, repair and even the purchase of HVAC units. Their response time is fast, their technicians are knowledgable and always in uniform, and their service prices reasonable.
As always I will not use anyone else for my HVAC service, repairs, or replacement. They are very responsive and always a fair price.
Just had a wonderful experience with 5 star HVAC. I had Viktor come out and check out my current system expecting to need a full replacement. He told me it just needed a little tune up and add refrigerant instead of replacing the whole system which saved me THOUSANDS! I like how real and relatable he was and will definitely be coming back for future needs
After several trips out 5 Star repaired our HVAC System. We needed some new equipment and they came out quickly and took care of everything professionally and now everything is working great!
We’ve used 5 Star for going on two summers now. We had a unit go out recently on a Friday night, and 5 Star was out the next day by 1PM. The technician got us running again, but we decided to replace the condenser under warranty since our units were almost out of warranty. 5 Star did the repair a few days later and…

I have been using 5 Star HVAC for almost 5 years. They are a good, reliable company to deal with. Jose, the owner, stands behind his word. His technician Ben recently came out to service my heating. Ben was on time, very polite, and went over and above to make sure my filters fit and that the units were…

Called 5 Star HVAC for our annual a/c maintenance. One unit was almost 6 months old and the other less than 2 years. Chip took a look at both units. Cliff is my guy! Great place to have your AC/HVAC serviced and repaired. Simple to set up an appt and fast attention to help. Sign up for their on-going maintenance plan, well worth the small investment and they'll have your AC humming year round!
Quick response. Unit back up and running. Thanks for quick service.

I’ll not be using this company again! I was charged $325.00 for a run capacitor that can be found online from $8.95 to $13.75 or better. Beware…Quick and professional
Awesome service!
Had a part overheat during the hottest summer on record. Chip was able to get there within two hours, figure out the issue, and even teach me how to keep my unit clean so it would continue to run smoothly! This morning my house’s temp is back to normal. Very kind service and an invaluable lesson for a first time homeowner like me!
Did a good job, and got me a better price than I expected!
Great communication, on time, fair prices! We’ve used 5-Star HVAC for years and would recommend to friends and family!
I called regarding a problem with my a/c not cooling well. I asked for them to come out and check the Freon which would have cost me $29 as advertised. They scheduled a home visit for the very next morning. They were on time, they were quick and they advised me of the work that had been done, after it was done. I…

Identified issue quickly and made repairs quickly.
Jose was very professional and detail oriented. Servicing The AC system, he even washed the outside unit using water hose washing out all the dirt from the bottom of the unit and on the side of the unit. Changed all the filters and made sure everything was running according to the manufacture specifications. I feel…
Jose of 5 Star HVAC is a great guy and a man of his word. I had a coil go out under warranty and he had all my records and was able to fix it the following morning with no problems. I was shocked when he told me he could since I just had a total knee replacement and am scheduling a total right shoulder replacement…
Had a heater check done. Showed up on time. Very professional. No issues found. I would recommend these guys for a/c and heater service.
I would highly recommend this company
I needed a new HVAC system. I made the call on Monday, he was there the following day and my new system was up and running the next day. I'm very pleased with the service provided by this team.
Very professional and helpful. They provided me with detailed information on the issue and worked to resolve it quickly. Also, their cost was affordable and fair. Definitely will use them in the future
Our 5 Star technician; Jose, came on-time during Memorial Day and diagnosed the problem. They returned next day and took pictures of the needed repairs. Job was completed in one morning and they cleaned up after themselves. No hassles and great service! Will use them again for sure.
Troy has been helping us maintain our systems for years now. Recently we had to replace the office unit. He was fair and on point with price and quote for full install. His crew and him were right in time, neat and efficient. The install went extremely smooth and came out great! Very pleased with Troy and 5 Star!

Jose from 5 Star came to service my HVAC a week ago as I was preparing to list my house for sale. A few minutes prior to his arrival, we noticed a water leak in my kitchen that was flooding under my newly installed wood floors and into my dining room carpet. Even though he was there for HVAC work, Jose quickly…
Able to accommodate our schedule and an unavoidable re-schedule. Tech was on time, professional, work was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. Further, the tech work through inclement weather w focus and attention to detail. Well done.
Tech was very courteous and informative On time
The gentleman that came to our house was professional and quick to respond to any questions. He detailed the issue as he saw it, and gave tips on how to solve our "noise" problem in addition to the work he performed. Fingers crossed that it is all good!
