I highly recommend 5 Star HVAC Contractors. They managed to work me in on the same day, even with their busy schedule, during these 100 degrees days. The technician, Rick, arrived and diagnosed the problem. He installed a new motor and had the a/c unit up and running in about an hour.
They did a good job taking care of my ac. Still got some more things to address but everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help and go above and beyond. Highly recommend

Prices were ok until we got to the refrigerant @ $150/lb is billing for a Rolls Royce when you're getting a Chevy. It's about a 300% markup from cost, far above industry standard pricing of $75-$95/ lb. The technicians were prompt and courteous and did everything asked if them.

I needed a new AC HVAC Unit and a friend suggested Edwin at TX AC. He came out and inspected our old unit and provided a quote on a new one. I really was impressed with his experience and how they would install our new unit. I had issues with a unit that was not installed correctly in the past and within a few years had to replace the compressor $$$. I was convinced that TX AC and Edwin’s crew would install it correctly and they did. I am very happy with my new AC HVAC Unit from TX AC.
