Our a/c went out. Luckily, it was only a wire that had burnt out. The only reason we paid $250 was for renewal of our service plan. It is worth it! We love these guys. Always personable and on time. Who could ask for more?
Exceptional response, diagnosis, repair and followup. I called on a holiday weekend. A technician was scheduled and arrived within a few hours. We talked through the issues and solutions, a price was quoted which I accepted and a crew was scheduled for the next day. The crew was available and arrived early. The…
Outstanding service. Emergency outage handled on Sunday resolving the issue. Follow up service on Monday to complete and prevent future issues of the same nature. Added maintenance agreement for a total great value. Thank you!
Called 5 Star HVAC for my A/C unit that stopped cooling. Gave them a description of the issue and they knew right away what it was. Tech was sent out the same morning of my call on a Friday. Very prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Thanks so much for your help in getting my A/C fixed during the long hot Texas Summer!
Great experience. Quick response. Great tech. Good job. Communicated well!
This company is amazing. I've dealt with many HVAC companies from California to Texas, and I'm quite cynical about the industry because they are obsessed with "whole system" upselling. 5 Star is unlike any of those other companies--they are customer-centric and do the right thing, not just the most profitable…
5 Star HVAC was quick to respond and efficient with their work. They had our AC running like new in no time. Thank you for your prompt service! We will be using you again for any future AC needs.
This is a top notch company! Everyone associated with our job were knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend using 5Star!
Very quick to fix the AC unit that was not able to cool the house.
Very rapid response. A tech showed up to my home for an onsite consultation and within 2 hours a full crew was working on my AC unit. Everyone was professional and efficient in addressing all my questions. I highly recommend these guys!!
Jose and Pedro of 5 Star assisted us with the replacement of an evaporator coil. Both were very attentive and transparent, unlike A#1 Air, who handled our HVAC needs for the past 5+ years. They tried to charge almost double to replace this coil. 5 Stars crew was also very professional and did an excellent job,…
We had an issue with our A/C unit not coming on. We checked all the breakers, then called the experts. We called 5 Star and received immediate help. And they will be coming back to do maintenance on all our units in a few days. We are grateful for their response and expertise. Thank you so much.
Awesome service. Friendly technician and service was completed quickly.
Jose answered my yelp request at 630 am and said he could have someone out by 9am. That was the earliest anyone else could do so we took it. Victor came out that morning and was very nice and professional. He went a step further than others had done in the past getting to the root of the problem which has helped our…
My initial review was great until they came back and made me replace my whole unit and once they left I had an air conditioner that was the exact same. In the end they paid for me to get a new thermostat, that was the issue but I received a whole new unit. The unit I did received for outside broke in less than 2…
Pedro was very prompt in getting to my house. Quickly identified the problem and fix. Bonus was he even had it done that day. They did a thorough job with the maintenance on the systems. High recommend with very reasonable prices.
I was not able to be at my house, but having a house full of company when my a/c went out. They were there the same day and replaced it, and charged me quite fairly. (I had quotes from others I know in the industry, so I know the quote was fair and competitive, meaning they didn't take advantage of my situation).…
It’s no fun when these systems start to get old, but 5 star did a good job helping me weigh the balance between repair or replace. In my case, we decided to see if we could get a few more months out of it since summer is coming to a close. My tech did a good job of explaining the options and possible next steps.
5 star was quick to come and take a look at my system and asses what was happening. They gave fair prices for options to fix what was not working well on a 10 year old unit. They scheduled quickly and installed quickly. It was instantly noticeable that their work made a difference. Grateful for their flexibility and expertise!
Just had a wonderful experience with 5 star HVAC. I had Viktor come out and check out my current system expecting to need a full replacement. He told me it just needed a little tune up and add refrigerant instead of replacing the whole system which saved me THOUSANDS! I like how real and relatable he was and will definitely be coming back for future needs
