It’s no fun when these systems start to get old, but 5 star did a good job helping me weigh the balance between repair or replace. In my case, we decided to see if we could get a few more months out of it since summer is coming to a close. My tech did a good job of explaining the options and possible next steps.

Just had a wonderful experience with 5 star HVAC. I had Viktor come out and check out my current system expecting to need a full replacement. He told me it just needed a little tune up and add refrigerant instead of replacing the whole system which saved me THOUSANDS! My AC unit was leaking and I called and they sent someone to come look out super fast (within the hour). The repairman explained what was going on and also showed me a few other things that I should do to help make sure my AC unit is running efficient. He fixed the issue and tested it to make sure it worked.
