Our a/c went out. Luckily, it was only a wire that had burnt out. The only reason we paid $250 was for renewal of our service plan. It is worth it! We love these guys. Always personable and on time. Who could ask for more?

The team that came were very nice and respectful, they did a great job getting the unit installed and cleaned up after themselves. Plus hauled away the old units. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with 5 star HVAC. Have been nothing but good thus far. I had an issue with my AC unit on one of the hottest day. I called 5 Star and was able to get a tech out within a few hours. In no time my unit was up and running, the technician and customer service was excellent. I would recommend!
