Our a/c went out. Luckily, it was only a wire that had burnt out. The only reason we paid $250 was for renewal of our service plan. It is worth it! We love these guys. Always personable and on time. Who could ask for more?

My experience with 5 star HVAC. Have been nothing but good thus far. I had an issue with my AC unit on one of the hottest day. I called 5 Star and was able to get a tech out within a few hours. In no time my unit was up and running, the technician and customer service was excellent. I would recommend!

We love our HVAC Company. Our pilot light to our heater wouldn't stay lit and our house was at 63 degrees and droppIng fast. I sent him a short video of what it was doing, and he got my husband on the phone and guided him through the process of fixing it. Now, our house is heating up and it didn't cost us a dime. 5 Star HVAC is amazing!!

The HVAC tech did a great job with the maintenance check up and provided a thorough review of all work completed. He also pointed out some issues with the AC that I didn’t know about and will further investigate in the spring. Price is great too, for 2 check ups per year, including filter changes.
