Our a/c went out. Luckily, it was only a wire that had burnt out. The only reason we paid $250 was for renewal of our service plan. It is worth it! We love these guys. Always personable and on time. Who could ask for more?

My experience with 5 star HVAC. Have been nothing but good thus far. I had an issue with my AC unit on one of the hottest day. I called 5 Star and was able to get a tech out within a few hours. In no time my unit was up and running, the technician and customer service was excellent. I would recommend!

We love our HVAC Company. Our pilot light to our heater wouldn't stay lit and our house was at 63 degrees and droppIng fast. I sent him a short video of what it was doing, and he got my husband on the phone and guided him through the process of fixing it. The HVAC tech did a great job with the maintenance check up and provided a thorough review of all work completed. He also pointed out some issues with the AC that I didn’t know about and will further investigate in the spring. Price is great too, for 2 check ups per year, including filter changes. Victor was prompt, polite, and professional in his dealing with me. It was just a routine check up for my AC Unit, but Victor was thorough and offered suggestions on improving the air flow in one of our rooms that was a bit warmer in the summer.
As always I will not use anyone else for my HVAC service, repairs, or replacement. They are very responsive and always a fair price.
