Just had a wonderful experience with 5 star HVAC. I had Viktor come out and check out my current system expecting to need a full replacement. He told me it just needed a little tune up and add refrigerant instead of replacing the whole system which saved me THOUSANDS! After several trips out 5 Star repaired our HVAC System. We needed some new equipment and they came out quickly and took care of everything professionally and now everything is working great!
My only issue is paying $400 for a $30 part that took the technician 15 minutes to see and replace on the outside compressor. Did not even go inside. If it weren't for the extremely high prices I would use them again but unfortunately there prices are through the roof.
