Very pleased with 5 star They are the best. Just an update Pedro came out and did an excellent job he is absolutely the best very courteous
We got struck by lighting and it fried our hvac. 5 Star came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, then worked with our insurance to get the estimate for repairs. They were responsive during the whole process while waiting for the the insurance. When we were able to schedule repairs they quickly set the appt and had…
5-Star HVAC is appropriately named. They completed a full remove and replace system install at my residence with all professionalism, communication, and alacrity, from the initial phone call, to Pedro coming out to my residence for the estimate, to the crew removing my old system and installing the new. I had…
We purchased an electric heat pump HVAC system. It was expensive at $15 K, but we no longer burn gas to heat our home. Initially I gave them a high review, but their warranty apparently requires a $175 annual fee for seasonal inspections. It started at $150 last year and already jumped up 16% due to “increased…
Pedro helped us design a new install that would work better for our home. Replacement of a 14-year-old system that was showing its age. The installation team was professional, courteous, and efficient. Our new system operates very well. Great experience and would recommend!
5 Star HVAC replaced my AC within 24 hours of initial call. Communication with the office was continuous. The crew worked hard and cleaned inside and out upon completion. I would strongly recommend 5 Star.
Excellent service!! Prompt and did not leave until met our requirements. Always answered the phone and immediate appointments.
This is a top notch company! Everyone associated with our job were knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend using 5Star!
I needed a third quote for making a choice on who to hire for installing a new a/c heat system ,so I found 5 star HVAC Contractors while doing a web search. I had a good feeling about the sales rep that showed up at my house and liked the idea that he was a service tech for years. The install happened the very next…
Fast & Responsive..Steven was great and went above & beyond!
5 Star really does live up to its name! Jose and Pedro set us up with a new system that brings a whole new level of comfort we didn’t think was possible. True professionals from start to finish while covering ever detail.
Got the job done.
5 Star HVAC did an outstanding job and kept us informed the entire time. Second time we have used them and they are our "forever" go to guys!
5Star is the best. Needed a few things explained and the owner had gladly explained everything that I did not understand about the installation. The guys all worked very hard on the day of installation and it was a very rainy day. At the end of the day they found a problem with the thermostat but promptly got…
5 Star did a wonderful job diagnosing our problem and providing a great solution with excellent on site work and qualified staff to get us up and running!
Many thanks to technician Pedro Martinez and the entire team at 5star HVAC Contractors. All the guys did an impeccable, clean, and professional job. They are very kind, clean, and respectful. Thank you for the help in replacing my old, discontinued unit with a much more efficient and high-quality system. Truly,…
5Star replaced two older HVAC units. The price was competitive, their installation was very good. The two employees explained the system and then cleaned up after themselves. Would use again.
My initial review was great until they came back and made me replace my whole unit and once they left I had an air conditioner that was the exact same. In the end they paid for me to get a new thermostat, that was the issue but I received a whole new unit. The unit I did received for outside broke in less than 2…
They were courteous and kind. They did a very good job and displayed professionalism.
I was not able to be at my house, but having a house full of company when my a/c went out. They were there the same day and replaced it, and charged me quite fairly. (I had quotes from others I know in the industry, so I know the quote was fair and competitive, meaning they didn't take advantage of my situation).…
We have used this company a few times now and have been very pleased.
These folks do consistently great work. I’ve had them out half a dozen times over the course of owning my house and every time they brought good value and solid performance. Highly recommend them.
These guys are great! Wonderful experience! They got right out here with a new unit and had the work done in no time. I couldn’t be cooler or happier.

We were having issues with one of our AC units. 5 Star came out the same day, did a comprehensive diagnosis, and replaced a part under warranty. No upselling. Great company with honest folks.
This was such a seamless experience. From scheduling the appointment, to discussing all the repair or replace options, to financing, to the technicians coming out the following day. Troy completely explained every detail and made this experience wonderful.
We are very happy with 5 Star HVAC. It's the little things that matter. Troy brought over a portable a/c unit to keep us cool until they could schedule the installation of our new HVAC. The crew also installed my new attic ladder for me at no extra cost. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC repair or replacement.
All in all a good experience with these guys. Very quick response times. They completed the job as quoted. Could be a little better with communication issues, but they got it done!
Needed a total replacement of a 3-ton,and reinsulation of all our duct work in our attic. Jose was flexible as to replacement options and scheduled us within a day of request and had a big crew come out. The work was well done and i was kept in the loop the whole time. Recommended contractor

We have been 5 Star customers since 2012. I have never dealt with a more fair and honest contractor in my life. Jose is the man! I can always count on these guys to be there when they say they will. I have had 4 different units serviced at 4 different houses all across north Texas and 1 unit installed. These guys are the best!
Ray was so nice and very professional. He was upfront about everything that needed to be done and the associated pricing.

Speed and quality! Our AC went out and less than 24 hours later we had a new one installed. Everything looks great and works great. I am very satisfied! Thanks Jose!
5 star made service call, diagnosed the problem and replaced entire condenser in the same day. Very impressive.
Jose of 5 Star HVAC is a great guy and a man of his word. I had a coil go out under warranty and he had all my records and was able to fix it the following morning with no problems. I was shocked when he told me he could since I just had a total knee replacement and am scheduling a total right shoulder replacement…
22 plus year old compressor blew out and 5 Star installed new replacement heat pump. 5 Star was responsive and quick and installed good model heat pump for what seemed to be reasonable price.
Great customer service. Installed new Rheem HVAC system and thermostat. Runs great and is so much more efficient than my old system. Very satisfied!

Have had issues in the past with our ac unit. Warranty company was a pain. Called 5Star and they came right out. Troy was able to diagnose the real issue and give an estimate on repair and replacement. We chose replacement. The team was out the next day to remove the old unit and replace with the new one. The people 5Star were amazing from the owner to the installers. We called for a new HVAC system at 10 am on Monday morning after being without AC since Saturday. We had an inspector on our doorstep by 10:45, a quote by 11 from the owner and installers by 220 to replace both the heating and air. The installers…

His crew and him were right in time, neat and efficient. The install went extremely smooth and came out great! Very pleased with Troy and 5 Star!
They were here on time and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend.
We have used 5 Star HVAC to replace our outside unit, inside furnace, installed thermostat, all duct work and vents on 3 separate occasions. They were on time and the work they did was outstanding and very knowledgeable.
Jose and his team are a pleasure to work with. His quote was EXACT to the dollar and his team showed up on time, did a thorough job installing 2 new HVAC systems for our home; and cleaned up afterwards as if they were never here! I highly recommend them.
I worked with Troy. My upstairs unit died. He came by early Saturday to see what I would need and promptly gave me some options by email with all parts and work included and line itemed on the quote. I decided around 5 in the evening to get a whole new system installed after deciding between several companies. I…
I knew my AC was on its last legs, but they came and topped off my AC that evening just so we'd stay cool, then they came and installed a new condensor and evaporator the next day.
Our AC went out in the middle of the night two days before leaving for vacation. We were able to call their 24/7 number that night and get on the schedule for the next morning. Troy came over the next morning and spent so much time at our house trying to salvage an old ac unit that needed to be replaced, just so we…
Great Local Company to do business with. Mr. Vargas and his team worked efficiently, respectfully and above all communicated with us the whole time. This all began when we called late on Saturday (our old AC was out), into Sunday when a technician charged the system to get us through the night, and on to Monday…
We had our A/C go out mid-day on the 3rd of July, and in a panic we called Jose @ 5 Star HVAC. He was super nice, and incredibly quick! A tech showed up an hour later and assessed our problems which unfortunately for us and our 30+ year old condenser meant replacement. They got us a quote, and stuck to it the whole…
Joes did a great job in getting what I wanted and installed in a timely manner. Joes came buy the next day and checked everything. This was a great surprise. Carlos the installer did a frantic job. He was there on time and worked steady and completed in a timely fashion.

Shopped around for a new AC / Furnace. Ended up with 5 Star because of their customer service. From start to finish Troy made sure everything was perfect. There was a slight hiccup during installation and Troy stayed on top of it, even visiting the house multiple times in one day. In my opinion Troy and 5 star went…
I had no AC for a week after calling other companies and then giving me the run around saying they could get out the next week.
