Pedro was so great walking me through the process of replacing a thermostat. Education is as important as just fixing the problem. So glad to be a member of 5Star’s membership plan. Would definitely recommend.

We talked through the issues and solutions, a price was quoted which I accepted and a crew was scheduled for the next day. The crew was available and arrived early. The…

Pedro helped us design a new install that would work better for our home. Replacement of a 14-year-old system that was showing its age. The installation team was professional, courteous, and efficient. Our new system operates very well. Great experience and would recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with 5-star. They responded to our needs quickly and the repairs were made efficiently. They were respectful, careful, professional, and very nice. Victor and Jimmy were kind and gracious. The second man on the crew was also very nice. There was nothing we could complain about. And…
Pedro and Steven did a gateway jib getting our heat unit up and running. They took time to troubleshoot the problem to come up to the best solution. I felt they were fair and reasonable.
My initial review was great until they came back and made me replace my whole unit and once they left I had an air conditioner that was the exact same. In the end they paid for me to get a new thermostat, that was the issue but I received a whole new unit. The unit I did received for outside broke in less than 2…
