Great organization, Jason Dores well versed and kind hearted person with the customer as priority one. Jason handled everything from the inspection to the installation easy to work with, very detail oriented, and attentive to the need of the customer.... I would give a sixth star but they only allow five.... Thanks again Jason.....
Can’t say enough about Jason and the crew he had at our house. I was in the construction business in another state before coming to Mt Pleasant so I am familiar with the contracting business and know roofing can be complicated and it’s much more than new shingles that look good. Jason spent a great deal of time…
I have used 843 Roof twice now. GREAT quality work and price!! Very responsive!! Jason and Brian are a pleasure to work with and go above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely use them again when I need roofing work!!
Absolutely great experience having a roof replaced. Just make a call, have them give you an estimate, and a few days later, BOOM, new roof. Fantastic guys! Highly recommend them. They are also great for other interior and exterior jobs.
My new roof is beautiful.
Best roofer in the business!

The 843 Roof team was able to quickly schedule us in and finished the whole roof in a single day. The guys were very respectful while working and the site supervisor was involved with asking us questions and showing progress through drone pictures. They made getting a new roof an exciting and enjoyable process and I can’t recommend them enough!
Amazing service. Zach went above and beyond throughout the whole process. I am put of state and His initial inspection was very thorough and detailed. He sent more documentations than I expected, including a wind and hail event history that has impacted my roofing, in the attempt to fight my home insurance claim and…

Very glad I chose 843 Roof. Worked with Jason and he did a great job in quoting and describing the work that would be done. They produced ! Showed up on time, protected the landscaping, did a great job on the roof, and cleaned up. I would certainly highly recommend 843 Roof . Thanks
The team at 843 Roofing went above and beyond from start to finish. Great prices and outstanding service. As a veteran, I was glad to support a veteran-owned business. Highly recommended
I cannot say enough about the quality, price, and professionalism. Brian and his team are great. Our project was complex. 843 Roofing handled it easily. We can’t recommend them enough
From the first panic call to the last Thank you call….. The entire team at 843 Roof was AMAZING! They were able to come to the house immediately, quoted the job, explained the process and fit us into their schedule ASAP knowing our house was on the market. The team showed up on time, they were professional,…
Brian and 843 Roof are hands down the best that we've had the pleasure of working with. They showed up bright and early and finished the project within the day! Great communication, I was able to get in touch with Brian anytime I had questions. The clean up was very thorough, I have yet to find a nail anywhere!…
Could not be happier with the treatment and professionalism I received from Tyler and Brian. Tyler made the whole process extremely easy. They dealt with the insurance company themselves. I had 21 years on a 30 year Roof and they managed to get the whole thing covered for nothing but the deductible Out of pocket. They helped me, they can help you too.
We had an opportunity to have the roof on our home replaced with Brian and 843 roof. I am a sight impaired veteran so to say there are hurdles to overcome would be an understatement. Through Brian‘s patience and diligence who stayed in touch with us during insurance situations as well as working with us on flexible…
Very professional. They not only put a new roof on but repaired all the rot on the siding and soffit and painted. All of his promises were satisfied. The crew he has removing and reinstalling my solar panels were top of the line. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job.
I couldn’t ask for more from Brian and the 843 crew. They matched the roof of our addition perfectly and considered every detail (down to the length of nail) to make our vision a reality. Great communication throughout, quick to start, quick to finish. Thanks team, yall are my new roofing referral
The crew at 843 Roof stepped up to help after I was scammed last year by another business. I greatly appreciate the quickness with which they performed the job and I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof.
I am an old contractor that is a perfectionist. After having a few companies come out and quote price and then I watched the work they did on other job sites. I was very leery about having a smaller company quote a price on my home. After almost 30 years of harsh weather I needed at least 12 sheets of plywood…
Excellent service. Very pleased with the communication and professional services provided. Highly recommend!
Thank you Tyler Hensley for assisting us with every step to get our new roof through 843 Roof with Brian Poteat. You took away the stress and made the process painless for us by working with our insurance company. You went above and beyond! Brian was so nice to work with too. The roof is perfect and the color looks great!
