The pictures are than 50 days after a treatment and they should last at least 90 days, so they say. Also had a wasp nest infestation in my attached garage that they are supposedly treating on the outside to prevent that. Nearly got stung and took care of that whole thing myself. They expect $160+ for that treatment…

We engaged this company last week for the removal of a yellow jackets nest. Kenneth Brock came out, and it seems that he successfully removed the nest. However, his approach was not positive. When he arrived, my husband tried to explain the location of the nest to him. Kenneth Brock appeared uninterested and asked for a credit card which he scanned before any work was done. Huge Turnoff!!!!! It turned out that the nest was built inside an empty box on the back porch. He didn't bother to dispose of the box once the nest was destroyed but left it shattered and left in a hurry. Furthermore, he left our gate entrance wide open! He got stung but this could have been avoided if he had come to our house in full gear. We had made the appointment the day before and had informed the phone operator that we have a bee's or wasp's nest, and that my husband got stung about 14 times. This company seems to be mostly interested in upfront payment without listening to the customer. Needless to say, we are not going to engage A1 Able Pest Docs again.
UPDATE: James came out today and removed the box. He also took a good look around our yard.
