Customers generally describe the service as punctual, efficient, and professional, often noting fair pricing for removing furniture, garage items, and debris. Reviewers frequently highlight quick communication, same-day availability, and polite conduct. However, one recurring criticism involves a failure to complete promised work and a lack of responsiveness to follow-up messages after several weeks.
