A&L handled our in town move. They were fantastic! They handled all of our stuff with care and were very professional.
If you value your belongings, do not use this company. The workers were very friendly and helpful; however, they were 4 hours late due to a “flat tire”. There was damage to beds, nightstands, bookshelves etc. After several text messages (4), two phone calls and a message left, within the span of a week, I have yet to hear from the owners. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible, terrible management. Not a way to treat your customers. Beware! Yes, this was 100% your company, I would be more than happy to post the text and phone thread with YOUR phone number. This all could have been handled differently had you returned my calls and texts. Add dishonesty to my list of complaints.
I believe you have the wrong company. We did not do this.
A & L Movers moved me on December21st. While moving my dining table broke and 2 antique pieces were scratched. It took until February for them to pick up my table. Then, it took until May 8 for a response that they could not fix my table. When they called they said they would put a check in the mail (which was less than my table was worth). I sent my address and I have yet to receive the check. I have tried contacting them and get no answer. I would not recommend them.
I am sorry you were not satisfied with your move. We did everything we could to get the table repaired, including having it repaired a second time. Unfortunately both attempts did not have an acceptable outcome. A check was mailed to you with an agreed upon amount based off of similar tables on May 13th. We were unaware you haven’t received this check yet. An email has been sent confirming the address you provided us. Please respond to this email so we can get this addressed.
The quote, and the amount of time that it took to move were exact. We would highly recommend that you Ask for Jonathan and Matthew they work very well as a team. They brought each box into the room that it was labeled for. None of the furniture was damaged and well taken care of.
Workers showed up on time, quick and very polite. Move was quick and painless. Goid communication throughout the process. Lee and Robert were very good.
The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. The movers arrived three hours late, then assembled my sons crib and broke it beyond repair, and then charged me additional for staying an extra hour. We called the owner, and he refused to answer after confirming he’d follow-up. We are disgusted and would NEVER recommend this place!

Used these movers today. I didn't catch either man's names but both were very respectful and professional. They took care of all items with respect. No complaints! Would definitely recommend this company and would use again in the future!
