I am extremely happy that I chose A&M for my hurricane window installation. From start to finish the entire process with seamless professional and exceeded my expectations. The Installation crew was outstanding. They were courteous, respectful, and truly cared about protecting my home during the installation. They went above and beyond to keep dust and debris to a minimum and their attention to detail was evident throughout the entire project. I especially appreciated that they handled everything right down to removing all the labels from the windows when the job was complete. I would also like to give a special shout out to Michael Tunon. What impressed me the most was that unlike many companies where the sales associate sells the job and then passes you off to someone else, Michael remained involved throughout the entire and deserves recognition for his exceptional customer service. Michael was there every step of the way always available to answer questions and never once seem bothered no matter how many times I reached out. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism made what could have been a stressful project completely stress-free. A&M should be very proud to have Mike Tunon as a sales associate.
