Called ahead, got confirmation of honoring on-line retailer price/costs, I was on a time strain, got me in and out. Would definitely go back, earned my business.
Found them on Internet search when searching for tires. Booked appointment online, was followed up with text and email. Day of appointment, some personal matter arose could not make my scheduled time but was able to go later. Service was great dropped car off and few hours later it was complete. Great customer…
Very disappointed
My 60,000 service and new tires have my 2025 Toyota Sienna running like a top. I have been coming to A&R/ Discount tires for 40+ years and it’s the friendly staff and quality work that keeps me coming back.
Great service
Pulled in on an emergency and these guys stayed late after hours to get me on the road the next day. Super good dudes and service. Didn't jack the price up. Great customer service. 🤘🤘
I thought I was getting a great deal I was quoted a price with a promotion and asked how long would the promotion go on for and was told a long time that he’s been there 1 year and a half and it’s been going on the whole time. I went back 2-3 days later and was told the promotion was over and I couldn’t get the 4 free oil changes
I woke up last Thursday to a flat tire in my driveway. Decided to replace all four tires. After finding A&R Tire to be the only local store who could install a new set of tires that day, I drove to their location to find friendly, knowledgable staff who completed service on my car (incl a 4-wheel alignment) in the…
Friendly, professional, and timely. Just a few words to describe my experience over the past few weeks bringing in my cars for assignments.
Great team. Highly recommend. My car is an Alfa Romeo and I'm very cautious of where I take it for service. I've had other shops charge more than their stated rate for work because they say it's a complicated Italian car, which doesn't seem right to me. At A&R I've had a fantastic experience from the manager and…
Professional courteous and authentic. I feel satisfied with their work and trust them with my car.

Had a great experience at A&R Tires. Nick was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about my wheel alignment and tires in a way that actually made sense. He didn’t rush the process and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. You can tell he really cares about helping customers,…
Luis a super solid dude here, friendly and quality service, definitely coming back to service my truck again
The team here in Rancho Cucamonga are great and really take care of their customers. I can count on them to have my best interest in mind. I never feel swindled or like I'm a bother to them if I have questions. Great customer service.
I had a flat tire and did a Google search for my nearest tire shop. The reviews on this shop caught my eye, and I can tell you hands-down, the raving reviews are all honest and true. I went in only for my flat tire, but I was so amazed with the customer service and honesty Luis had I knew I found my new trustworthy…
Luis is the best service adviser. Make sure to ask for him when you come in! I got all my mechanical work done here!
I thank A&R tires from David to the mechanic who worked on my car. I especially thank Nick. I wasnt going to get a quote or my car repaired here as I have gone to Penske Honda in Ontario for years. I was told by the end of the year to replace my car it was time as too much was needed to fix it. Nick said let us look…
Absolutely love this place! Been loyal to this place for going on a year now because their customer service is spectacular, they really go the extra mile to know each customer personally and listen to them. I usually feel a bit nervous and distrustful of auto shops because of the “extras” they tack on but not here.…
Nick and the guys are always fantastic!!! They all deserve raises.
These guys are amazing!!! Took my car for tires....great deal. Then I asked about tuneups and such .... 400-500$ cheaper than the dealer. Two days later check engine light came on. Took it in, two hours later we determined it was the HEAVY RAIN and A WAVE of water that went over my car PROBABLY caused it. They…
Love these guys. It was a wonderful experience with them. Luis and all the team are helpful. I highly recommed this shop
Omg I love this place. Nick is incredible and I could say from experience the guys will almost bend backwards for their costumers, they will absolutely do their best to get you the best deals on parts and in the Labor. Plus if you buy tired with them they give you 3 years of road side assistance anywhere in the US and Canada for FREE, unlimited...
I run dually transit van and my rear tires completely flew off in the middle of driving I got a tow here. Nick and his team worked on my van all day calling every store on a Saturday to get my roster and tires and wheels fixed so I could make it my work event safely. Super great guys and great team and very thankful…
I’ve been here more than a handful times and I would not trust my car with anyone else. David does a great job and takes care of you and explains everything very detailed. Everyone is friendly and super helpful.
First I want to say that Nick is the man! He really helped me out. He was honest with me about options and did amazing work. He got my Tacoma driving smooth and straight 👍
Nick did a fantastic job supporting the repair of our vehicle. He diagnosed a steering issue before actually taking the car on a test drive. It was great service at a fair price. Definitely a good group of folks there.
Luis was very professional!
Best service quick and fast, Reliable service always has any tire size in stock!
