I am blown away by Austin's committment to his customers. We had the linkage come loose on our 2014 Highlander on a Friday and couldn't shift to any gear. I called Ozzy and Austin was at my house on a Friday late afternoon and fixed the problem in a manner of minutes! I am grateful for A&W and more specifically,…
I always take my vehicles to A&W Automotive. Wouldn't go anywhere else, Austin and his crew will take care of you at a fair and reasonable price. Why would you take your vehicle anywhere else. 5 🌟

Excellent work and customer service is A&W’s top priority. They service my routine car maintenance. I trust their work and would not take my car anywhere else.
Austin is very professional, polite, friendly, and customer oriented. He is very efficient in trouble shooting. We have been using his service for many years now and do recommend him highly!
Fast service from a trusted source. Reasonable prices. Not the least expensive but worth every penny. Highly recommended!
If you own a Toyota or a Lexus this is you go to place. Austin is very professional and knowledgeable on his work. I had a broken brake line and he took care of it! My 4Runners has 210k miles and is running like new.
Austin is a great mechanic, honest person and extremely knowledgeable! I’ve been coming to him for years. Very honest and affordable. I knew owning a Lexus would be pricey for repair work, but Austin makes it affordable. I like knowing I’m supporting a local business and fellow El Pasoan.
Great mechanic for Toyota, Honda and Nissan. Reasonable prices for dealer level work, without the crazy dealer fees. If your looking for an honest, reasonable, certified mechanic call Austin. I highly recommend him Jerry B
