Justin, Sean, and Allie are great to work with at A+ auto. My old car gives me problems and they always get me in right away and fixed fast. Great customer service.
Yes, the team at A+ services your car. They will tell you exactly what your car needs, and what it doesn’t need. They take care of your car as if you are part of a close knit family. What you get out of this is not only a service car, but more importantly, an unwavering commitment to you, your friends and family…
Owners are extremely friendly, the price is very reasonable! Although they only accept drop offs (no waiting in shop), they offer free Lyft to get me home! The communications were really good and in time! Thanks Sean!
I had a great experience at A+ Auto with both my van and SUV. Getting cars fixed is usually a stressful, exhausting chore, but they made it completely painless. Justin is super high-energy and friendly, and the mechanics are total pros. I loved that they sent a detailed report with clear price quotes, so I didn't…
Great service with great staff! Got great experience with my mdx maintenance, would highly recommend!
I feel like my car is well cared for here and that is a comforting thought.
Wonderful wonderful wonderful! Allie and Justin were so helpful and attentive! I've been coming here for a while (although not consistent >.<), I love the service and I love how they don't make you feel pressured to fix everything in your car right away. You can always say no to a service you don't WHICH I LOVE!!!! CANT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!
I’m honestly really grateful I found A+ Redwood City. I’ve dealt with other auto shops before, but I’ve never had one go out of their way for me the way Justin, Allie, and the rest of the team did. I brought my car in for a post-purchase inspection after buying it from CarMax, and they are honestly a big reason why…
Excellent serve and friendly employees. Great job at reasonable price.
Awesome .Transparent .Detailed. I have been coming to this company for years for my cars. No matter the car or the problem A+ has you covered. All my regular maintenance is done here for my work truck and my daily driver as well. I have referred Justin and his team to many friends and they still come here now.…
The service was on time. A list was provided of items to check on going forward. Everything was very organized and helpful.
TL;DR - trust worthy, super professional and friendly, excellent use of tech for client ease, efficient work I took my car in about a month ago for some maintenance and recently a panel under the hood came loose - I took it in today with no appointment and the team had me fixed up and back on the road in what must…
The overall experience was fine but...when I made my appointment i asked to get my car back within aq 4 hour period. It took all day from 9-5 to do an oil change and tire rotation.
Another fantastic experience at A+ with Justin. My son was driving to LA and we wanted to make sure our older SIenna van was ready to roll. Justin was able to get the an in, give me a good price in new tires, and let me know what were top priorities and what could wait until after the roadtrip. Always excellent…
Great service and wonderful price. I totally recommend A+ for car service needs.

Great experience! Easy to schedule an appointment and great customer service!
No appt, had my Subaru towed in first thing in the morning. Immediately greeted by Brian who walked me thru what the day would look like totally putting my mind at ease. They had the problem identified and fixed by the end of the day. Professional and awesome from start to finish. Oh and they gave me a complimentary uber to work. Fantastic service.
