I've been coming here for a while (although not consistent >.<), I love the service and I love how they don't make you feel pressured to fix everything in your car right away. Great customer service. The shop scheduled a Lyft for me when I dropped off my car, and after repair, my car was dropped off to save me the hassle of getting to the shop. Payment process and communication was good with Justin.
The service I got was excellent. Justin and Allie were very helpful with the issues I had with my car. I was unable to pass smog test and they are helping me get my car in the best possible condition so I can hopefully pass smog test. I will have additional work done after if I pass my smog test. No appt, had my Subaru towed in first thing in the morning. Immediately greeted by Brian who walked me thru what the day would look like totally putting my mind at ease.
