I’m from Canada and I have been taking my dog Fizz here for the last three years. I have never had a problem and she does a fantastic job cutting my dogs hair. Haven’t been disappointed at all.
we walked in after 6 hours of her grooming our dogs, we paid and gave a great tip before getting our dogs and they didn’t even get washed! they only gave them haircuts and one of the four came back with a wound on his inner leg. took forever, overpriced, and not worth the 250 dollars that we paid.

Hi there, I think you may have the wrong grooming shop, I always do nail trims while you are present as soon as you arrive and there is no need to leave your dog and come back so Maybe your thinking of the surrounding grooming shops? Im very knowledgeable at nail trims and have many years experience 😁

Hello, we are sorry about your experience and the miscommunication. There was several miscommunications, given that children were in charge of drop off and pick up and not you the owner. I asked the children who I should be calling for pick and and they said to call you. When I called and texted I got no reply and then when the children picked up, I let them know I reached out but their response was, "oh she's still in the hospital" We had discussed this in person but to clarify, the dog in question was old and had a tendency to jump and bite, a scratch was on the back leg but I cannot control what happens at home if the dog persists at it.You had four dogs for the full grooming treatment, usually it takes about a couple hours per dog especially when its their first time to a new groomer. All dogs were washed with our bath system and all received full grooming. The two long haired chihuahuas even insisted on being bathed together. Each dog was $50 each for the full grooming. If you would like to try us out again we can work out something for you that makes you comfortable and completely satisfied. 😌
Didn’t even wash or cut my dogs nails and one of them came back with a giant gash in his leg. Do not go here
