They completely disassembled my childs bunk bed. Then it took them forever to reassemble it. Come to find out tonight they didn't even finish. The staircase attached to the bunk bed has not even been screwed together. And all the hardware is missing. I do not recommend this company at all.

After first considering using one of the available pod/container type moving services, I contacted Krista & Reese, owners of A Moving Company. They quoted a highly competitive price which I gladly accepted as it included movers to load and unload. The service I received, from start to finish, far surpassed my hopes and expectations. My son's move from Sacramento to Middleton not only included the contents of his home, but also a garage full of tools, extra tires, you name it. What they fit into a 16' truck is nothing short of a miracle, being very mindful of some precious artwork as well. They used great care in loading and off-loading his possessions. Once in Middleton, Reese and his helper were thoughtful and considerate in helping us organize boxes, bins, etc in such a manner that finding things and unpacking afterwards could be accomplished in a more manageable way. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Very professional, easy to work with, and lovely people as well. Without any hesitation, I highly recommend them for anyone planning a move. Thank you Reese and Krista, truly.

I would definitely recommend them.
This company was incredible. Krista was so easy to work with. She was so accommodating for our moving situation. I was very pleased and would always recommend them to anyone. Forest and Harley were also such great guys to work with. They unloaded and placed all items where they needed to be and hauled a massive couch upstairs without any dents or dings in my walls.

I would not believe this ladies response. She is a liar and her workers are shady. They took advantage of my wife since I was here in Iowa. Not trustworthy at all. Not to mention they didn't fully load the uhaul truck and did the storage terrible. It was messy.

We called David to discuss the situation with this review. He is in Iowa, and hasn't been in Idaho to see the the bunk bed, able to help prepare for the move or solve the problem. He didn't want us to attempt to go back free of charge to reevaluate the safety of this bed for his children and he had no interest. The staircase was already disassembled from the bed in home A and pieces were missing, the guys did have to take the bunk beds apart as the room in the new location was much smaller and this takes time to assemble and disassemble a bed the movers are not familiar with. The movers did the best they could with the what parts were there. We apologize this didn't meet your expectations. We also gave a discount to help you all out a little. You already had your mind made up and didn't care if we attempted to make things better. So this review is harsh and irrelevant coming from someone that wasn't even apart of the moving process. Lastly, David was more unhappy at the cost of the move as this was a quick and sudden move and wasn't ready for movers. Have a blessed day and keep it real :)
