Third time using this service. My carpet looks new. The gentleman who came to clean the carpet were respectful, professional and kind.

We had some unusual requests — carpeted walls (!) and polishing up old hardwood floors — and we kept switching dates and services. Gene and his crew were patient and responsive—and did an amazing job with it all. Very kind and professional.

Gene was awesome!! I had a terrible issue and I thought my entire closet carpet was going to have to be replaced and he was able to remove it and shampoo it as well as replace the foam underneath. I’m glad I called and asked, he saved me a ton of money and the service was fantastic!! I won’t hesitate to call him again. Thanks again!!
Nu-Look cleaned and stretched our carpets. The owner and his wife were very professional, on time, and the price was fair. Their work was excellent. I happily give them 5 stars. I would recommend them with out hesitation. The whole experience was a pleasure - rare these days.
They are local, reasonably priced and do a nice job. Staff is friendly and efficient.
Ulices and Brian did such a phenomenal job. My carpet is seriously a whole different color which is both gratifying and gross. I have been putting this off because I thought it would be more of a hassle but these guys came, looked around and got right to work. I cannot recommend them enough.

They came out to clean the carpets at my parents house and did an amazing job. I was also told if any stains came back within seven days they would be back to remove it for free. I would highly recommend this company to clean your carpets.
