Greetings! This is the Driver Michale! Ms. Abigail’s group was very intoxicated. When I picked her group up I pulled over twice to help with the A.C. Every time I drove off after pulling over to help turn the ac back on for them, someone in her group continued to turn it off. After dropping them off at Red Robin I picked the group back up at 9pm it very cold in the back, also Abigail had ten to twelve extra people come on to the limo after picking them up at the Red Robin. She asked if I would drive them around for extra time as well. There was no scam at all. As you can see on the screenshot!

It saddens me to have to leave a negative review as I support small businesses but Perfect Limousine & Car Service’s refusal to remedy our poor experience has left me no option. My friend’s birthday celebration was affected by our ride without air conditioning in 95 degree heat. Our group consisted of multiple young professionals who are actively involved in and care about our community. Despite our efforts to make the most of our experience, several in our group became sick from the heat and the heat only. When we shared our experience in an attempt to reach an understanding, the owner responded in an unprofessional manner and accused our group of scamming him. This is my first negative review and I hope this is an opportunity to better their customer experience.

Would give 0 stars if I could. We used the service for my birthday and the AC straight up didn’t work on a 95 degree day. The driver shrugged it off and the problem was never addressed, and it caused us to change our plans for the evening because we couldn’t be in the car for more than 10 minutes. One of our party members ended up getting sick from the heat, and when we gave these details to the owner they refused to do anything in order to correct the mistake.
Never use this service. Ever.

It was so unbearably hot, I was counting down the seconds until we arrived. The AC wasn’t working, and the driver didn’t care to help. When we told him how uncomfortable it was, he just shrugged and said, ‘It’s cold up here,’ like the rest of us didn’t matter.
