I contacted Austen from A-R Roofing for a family member in Salina and he went above and beyond for them, very honest and would refer A-R roofing to anyone in need. Thank you for your timely response and services!
April Albert was great! And Bradley Pain was our consultant, very knowledgeable and helpful!
Kayleigh and the entire company were absolutely amazing! They handled our insurance, did a great job installing our roof, and when we had a 3rd party inspector come out, they said the roof was incredibly solid! They communicated well and took great care of our house!
They were timely and gave us the fairest quote of all the companies we called!
Austin went above and beyond explaining the condition of our roof replacement and the process of replacing it. Honest, hardworking and professional service!
They did a great job on my roof. Johnny Paine did a great job of explaining why my roof needed replaced and explaining how the work would be done. They did it all in a day and half. The workers were very professional. They did a very good job on the cleanup also. I am very impressed with AR Roofing.
they were 2 days late from the scheduled time with no notice or explination. Crew that was sent damaged siding, under eave soffit, and popped seams/screws from the walls INSIDE the house as they were dropping MULTIPLE bundles of shingles on top of the roof. Over changed on final invoice for decking replacement when…
Josh did a great job getting my quote and paperwork out around my schedule. He kept me in the loop on when roofers would start on the job in Stafford and they were right on time getting it done. I was working long distance but Josh made it easy.
I had a great experience working with Jonny on getting my roof replaced. This was my first time going through the insurance and roofing process, so I was a little nervous after hearing horror stories from others. Jonny made the entire experience easy from start to finish. He was always available to answer my…
Great experience. Josh provided a quick and fare estimate and stayed in touch throughout the process. The installers started and finished the job in less than a day and did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. Definitely will call A-R Rooing in the future.
Austen helped us with getting our new roof and was awesome through the entire experience. The crew was great as well! Highly recommend Austen and AR Roofing!
Did such a great job! Contracted them to do the roof, windows, painting of the house and skirting!! After a hail storm.. Ricardo and April always kept us informed on the progress till the end.. Ricardo and his group did an amazing job! Would recommend them every time! I hope we don’t need them again but if we do..…
Wow súper servicio, el trato fue amable, cordial, rápido, atendió mis dudas de una forma clara y profesional. Muy recomendable
I am very happy with the services I received from AR Roofing. Nick Layton came out and inspected my roof for hail storm damage and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very detailed with the quote and dealt with any questions my insurance company had and sent them the required paperwork. The…
Extremely happy with my roof replacement from A-R Roofing! The quote process with Rusty was very easy and straightforward, and I was even given a repair date much earlier than I was expecting! The roof was replaced entirely while I was at work, and the results were no less than professional and thorough. All the…
My mother and father in law used this company and it was over 6 months before they came out. They messed up the roof on the shed and didn't do the work they agreed to do and had to be called out to correct it. Then had to be called back out because they messed up the guttering and that had to be fixed. Now there is…
Estimate was fast and work was done quickly once we agreed to it. They also helped me work with my insurance so I wouldn't have to be a middle man.
Sales people do NOT know confidentially. Discuss clients accounts with other people not on account. Poor customer service
Jonny and team were amazing to work with. They accommodated my schedule, were up front with pricing and timeline, and kept in constant communication throughout. Highly recommend.
This was a fantastic experience. There was no hassle. Relaxing actually compared to deals with other places. Transparent in costs and products. and Quick! Thank you! I worked with Joshua Laney and he will work hard to get the job taken care of as 1st priority in due time. Very good!
It’s crazy I look at all these great reviews and I wish. This was my experience this is possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company and it was every step of the way from nails and shingles just left and never picked up me messaging my sales person 3 different dates and nothing happening and the…
April, the representative for A-R is so customer focused! She explained everything and advocated with our insurance company to get the coverage and repairs we needed. The roofers and siding people did a great job and are very professional. I give them highest ranking!!
Johnny did a great job, did well with explaining and repeating to elderly mother with Dementia. Roof looks great. Thank you!
I have a roof warranty policy with American home shield. When I turned in my claim they sent AR Roofing to take care of my problem. That's when I met Daniel Hewitt. He went up on my roof and quickly determined what my problem was and explained it to me in a way I could easily understand. He immediately submitted…
I was worried about my roof after a hail storm and gave Jonny a call, he came out and helped me through the entire process and was amazing to work with.
A-R Roofing did an awesome job on replacing our roof after a summer hail storm. Daniel Hewitt was our service representative that worked tirelessly with our insurance company to make our roof replacement a possibility. We highly recommend A-R Roofing.
They made the process super easy, worked SUPER fast and did a great job!
Happy with the whole process! Jonny Paine helped explain our options after confirming hail damage and answered all of my questions. We have a relatively small roof and they were able to remove the old roof and be done with everything before noon. They also cleaned up the area really well, which is appreciated with our young kids.
Our Church needed to be completely re-roofed following a hail storm. Worked with Daniel Hewitt at A&R Roofing. He was professional and attentive. They got the job done well and for a fair price! We have recommended them to others.
I will use AR Roofing from now on, these folks care about their customers! Josh & especially April with Ar Roofing were the difference between my insurance company declining to pay for hail damage to my detached garage. After getting a bad claim adjuster on one of my rental houses (who didn't include a 3 car…
I appreciate the Three gentlemen that showed up and did some repairs from wind damage. We will definitely use them in the future if needed.
Jonny was amazing to work with for our roof replacement after the September hail storm! He made sure everything made sense and answered all our questions, The crew kept the yard clean and we are very pleased with how the whole process went. Thank you guys!!
Just had my roof replaced due to storm damage. Alonso and his crew were great, they were fast and did a excellent job. They had to replace some decking due to water damage, because the last company did a bad job. Steve did a great job getting the installation and repairs all organized. I will most definitely use…
ALONSO AND HIS CREW WAS "VERRY PROFESSIONAL" AND GOOD AT THEIR JOB. HAD ANOTHER CREW AT MY HOME ON THE WEST SIDE THAT DID NOT COMMUNICATE VERY WELL! ALONSO SPOKE VERY GOOD ENGLISH! I WISH HE DID MY OTHER HOUSE!
Excellent service. Jonny Pierce was our contact: friendly and professional in every way. Alonzo led our roofing crew. I'm extremely happy with Alonzo and his crew. Great experience from start to finish.
Nick has been very helpful, and has been apart of replacing two of our roofs! Extremely fast, helpful, and a wonderful job!
Had a great experience with them, Austen Anschutz was there to answer any and all questions and seen it through to the end.
Love this company. Only one I use!!
Worked with Dan Hewitt and have already recommended him to multiple friends and family - excellent and punctual communication and service throughout.
