I called for towing, but ended up not even needing a tow because John was able to fix the problem on the spot with my car not starting. John’s the best! The entire experience was professional, easy, and stress-free.

Chuck called ahead and came at the time he said he would. Chuck was punctual, kind and very professional. The battery was dead and he had a jumper box and got my car jumped and loaded in no time. Highly recommend! Thank you Chuck!

I had a mechanical issue with my car (wouldn't start) and knew that I needed to be towed, but because it's a newer car the dashboard display was not telling me the issue but showed multiple odd errors displaying. Jason came out and after looking at everything immediately was able to tell me that the issue was…

I am giving Jason5Stars for his help!! My car wouldn't start despite I had a charger. Jason came very quickly and checked the charger, found out I hadn't known how to turn it on and he got the car running. He stayed and ran it to be sure everything was safe as I decided to drive it myself to the dealer. Then on the…

My car broke down on I-5 in between Harrisburg and Halsey. This was the first time my car had ever broken down so needless to say I really had no clue what to do. I…
