A+ Towing

Kevin Hall he did a great job thank you !

Kendall was a great communicator and detail oriented. She was pleasant friendly and very easy to work with. She also demonstrated proficiency and professionalism in her work. This company has a real winner on their payroll.

Great friendly service!

Update: The driver was absolutely polite and attention to detail. His truck had broke down, sleeping in his truck to make ends meet, as they are paid by the car. The tow trucks need better maintenance, better tools for all type of vehicle's as some will need things like the drive shaft removed to tow. Getting… Read full review

Late posting… Chuck saved the day. When my boat trailer fell apart he arrived, loaded it up and got us on the road again. After a quick stop at Mel’s Marine of course. Thank you Chuck!

John (driver) was wonderful. Donating a family car after they're deceased is difficult. John seemed to sense my distress. He was calm, knowledgeable & humerous. If you need a tow - Ask for John! I have his card & hopefully I won't need it, but...

I called for towing, but ended up not even needing a tow because John was able to fix the problem on the spot with my car not starting. John’s the best! The entire experience was professional, easy, and stress-free.

Brandon Mills, the roadside technician sent to us by AAA, got to us as quickly as possible. He worked really hard in the hot sun to tow my EV which was completely out of power to the nearest charging station. There were lots of complicated maneuvers that had to be done to get my car which wouldn't go into neutral on… Read full review

Herman did a great job! He was quick, communicated clearly, very polite and professional. Will be using A+ again in the future.

John was a total life saver! Car battery died on the highway and even though he was on his way home he still came back around to help get my car to the mechanic. Did everything he could to assist and a final quick jump just to close windows to park it. Taught me some new tricks about my awd sienna to put it in… Read full review

A+ towing and there employee Matt Kelly went above and beyond for me and my wife and kids. On a return trip from the Oregon coast our RV suffered from 2 blowin out tires. After fixing the first blow out we madeit to Creswell when the second tire decided to leave us on the side of the highway. After reaching out to… Read full review

Herman is the absolute best. Couldn’t have asked for a friendlier or more helpful service.

My daughter had a flat tire and we called A+ to help out. Chuck was super patient and ended up having to tow the car to a tire shop once he discovered there was a tire lock key needed for one of the lug nuts. He was very nice and understanding. Very nice guy! I

Herman did a great job getting my car towed away.

Got stuck in the country while at work and Chuck came out and got me quick. Awesome guy and got me back in town really quick!

Thank you to Herman! Super friendly dude helped me out with my truck. Very personable and friendly. Had some great conversations on the way to the mechanic shop. 5 star to Herman:) from the pickle guy

Herman showed up for my tow and was wonderful to deal with. He was very professional and easy to engage with. Don't let his height fool you, he is more capable than most truck drivers i've dealt with. Thank you for all the help!

Herman was a lifesaver today, if it wasn't for his expertise, help, and going the extra mile,I don't know what I would've done. I got into a horrible wreck, totaled my car (everyone was okay, just minor scrapes here and there, thank god). Herman explained to me what would be the most cost effective way to move… Read full review

John was a lifesaver. I was completely frazzled after my steering link snapped in the middle of an intersection and he took the time to help me walk through my options and made sure I was completely taken care of.

Lightning fast arrival and excellent service. Our driver was a miracle worker, Michael knew exactly what was wrong with our Honda and took us exactly where we needed to be to help us fix it and get back on the road again. What could've been a long and exhausting trial was solved in moments thanks to these guys, you can trust them.

John showed up ahead of schedule was so awesome. Thank you John.

A+ Towing and their drivers are great. Specifically Billy. Billy helped me out as I was stuck on I5 for a few hours. When he arrived I was met with a positive attitude and an amazing work ethic. I can’t say enough kind words about John Armstrong for helping me tow my car today. My fiancé and I were in shock after our car broke down in the middle of I-5 and John came to our rescue and took such good care of us. He answered all our questions, helped calm me down while I was crying, and even provided some… Read full review

Herman and A+ Towing provided exceptional professional service as well as down-to-earth human kindness. on an out-of-town trip, our trouble-free van just wouldn't start. Herman was fantastic helping us out this evening. Quickly assessed the situation and walked us through the options for towing our vehicle. Can not reccomend A+ and Herman more! Thank you!

Great towing experience! The driver, Herman, was fantastic and a real bright spot in an otherwise terrible day (particularly the exploding tire bit). Good response time, kind and friendly guy, excellent service, and the best grill on any tow truck I've ever seen! Ask for Herman!

Herman came to tow my vehicle out of a tricky driveway and was able to get it started and loaded up fast with no hassle. Very friendly efficient service and was good about calling to give me etas before arriving. Highly recommend this company.

Helped get my possessions out of trunk of vehicle before insurance company hauled car off. Easy, friendly towing

A+ towing was assigned to pick up a vehicle I sold for scrap. They communicated well and were professional. I would say that A+ is aptly named due to their drivers and dispatchers being both skilled and personable. They turned what could have been a nightmare into an enjoyable moment. Nick was very quick responding, courteous, and very helpful during the duration of the tow.

Jack H. Did an amazing job towing my car. Since one of the tires was flat, he went ahead and put air and fixed the tired. When we got to my delivery address, he went the extra mile and helped me to parked my car in my garage. I would definitely recommend Jack H. at A+ Towing. 💯🤙🏾

Very cool people. Went there to load a trailer onto mine, I ended up needing to get pulled out of the mud. Called, they were there within the hour.

Jason towed my lowered bmw and did a fantastic job. Not a single scrape or scratch and he took his time getting it on the trailer. The car was new to me and I didn’t have a tow hook with me but thankfully Jason was prepared and had the right one. I’d 100% recommend and use their service again for towing any car.

This review is long overdue. My son's stanced show car was disabled and, because of a torn air suspension component, hard on the ground. Austin and the rest of the crew worked tirelessly to ensure that his car was lifted carefully onto the flatbed without a scratch. I was so impressed with their professionalism… Read full review

I want to thank Jason and the dispatcher (unsure of his name) for making this the best possible towing experience, considering the circumstances. I was more than happy with our driver, Jason. He knew what he was doing, was on time, and the rate was reasonable.

I had a mechanical issue with my car (wouldn't start) and knew that I needed to be towed, but because it's a newer car the dashboard display was not telling me the issue but showed multiple odd errors displaying. Jason came out and after looking at everything immediately was able to tell me that the issue was… Read full review

The tow operator picked me up at Diamond Island Rd @ i-5, I cant remember his name but he was amazing. I didn't have to wait long. Very professional and punctual!

Dispatch was friendly and professional. The driver Kevin was hands down the best tow operator I’ve had. His professionalism and optimism immediately set me at ease and left me with the feeling everything was under compete control and I had nothing to worry about. It’s no wonder local shops use a+ for their towing needs, they are the best in town.
