Markeese Thompson manager was extremely professional and the job got done in one day instead of two, and ahead of schedule. Thank you!

Markeese Thompson, the PM on my roof replacement from A1, ran a tight ship. I am thrilled with my roof and would absolutely recommend A1 for your needs.

Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful, friendly and professional. This was our first time going through the process of replacing our roof and they made it easy to understand. They were done in one day. There was a slight issue afterwards and they came back out right away to fix and correct the issue. We… Read full review

The Project Manager, Markeese Thompson and his crew did a great job, on my roof replacement, based on the videos I received. They showed up on time and completed the job even before the scheduled time. He and the installation crew worked tirelessly. I will recommend this company at any time. Thank you.

Martheese and his crew were incredible. They completed the entire job in one day, staying until 7:30pm. The quality of work was excellent, clean up immaculate.

A-1 provided top notch service from start to finish! Working with Joe on an exterior renovation that fit our budget while still giving us the look we wanted was a smooth easy process. The roofing crew worked quickly and efficiently and resolved some major issues with water damage on our roof. Kudos to the foreman… Read full review

Terrible company. If you care about your house at all don’t call these people. Found storm damage said they could repair it. They ripped shingles off my roof to find a match “ right in the middle, not even in the spot where the damage was” and just left it like that exposed to elements for months. Never called me… Read full review

Jonathan has been a pleasure to work with over the past few years. I have an older home that definitely needs periodic TLC. Jonathan is my man! He’s fantastic!

Josh was very professional and easy to get along. He explained everything step-by-step, and the team that came in to do the job was on time, professional, and at the end of the job, they did the best they could to clean up.

A day after we had a very windy and rainy day, I was in my yard and noticed several shingles lying on the ground. After some inspection, those came from my roof. I see a lot of A1 yard signs around so I gave them a call. They came out the next day and inspected the roof. Turns out I had more than a few missing from… Read full review

We did get a little anxious, having not heard from them for 3 to 4 weeks after signing over the insurance check to them. (People were out sick.) Then we heard that they would be coming to do our roof within two weeks! They came, finished the roof in one day, cleaned up and did a beautiful job. Very happy with… Read full review

Spencer was always on time, didn’t pressure me into doing anything, he made this a painless process. Anytime I had questions he was easy to reach and he kept me up to date through out the process. Thank you to A1 and Spencer for making this a great experience! They did a great job!

I met with sales person Spencer Edwards. He did an excellent job reviewing all my options. Spencer was very knowledgeable of the companies ability to perform my project. Spencer has been very responsive to all my call and questions about scheduling.

The crew were very efficient; the quality of their work was excellent. You know the old saying “clean your mess as you progress” well they certainly lived up to that great standard!. We have two dogs so picking up all the nails and staples we’re a concern (no problems found).

Josh and the team are amazing. From working with us, our insurance company, the town, and the materials company they did it all. The process was easy. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for roofing needs.

My entire experience with A1 Home Improvements was a positive one. They installed a new roof in one day. All my questions and concerns were handled in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for home improvements.
