This is the second time I have hired A1 Home Improvement to replace windows on our 1938 cottage and garage. From the salesperson to the office stay to the installer, I cannot say enough good things about them! They are professional and thorough from sales to install. I am next using them for siding and expect I will have the same experience!

STARTED GOOD, ENDED POORLY...From the salesperson, Cody, we contracted with and acquired a loan through, to the roof being installed, we had a few disagreements and misunderstandings along the project. But even with that, the worst part was being ghosted once the work was done. I can't get a call back from Cody, for days, if not a week now. Of course, when the job was ongoing he returned my messages promptly. I was promised that my new bushes they ruined in my front yard would be replaced. And I was asked to wait til the roofing job was done. Well, it's done and I'm STILL WAITING, AND WAITING... NOT GOOD! Unfortunately, this makes you question the validity of the entire roof and gutter job.
Thank you to A1 Home Improvement for the great work on our roof. Mike Lopez and his team were outstanding!

Markeese Thompson project manager was great. We had our roof replaced by A1 Home Improvement, and Markeese Thompson, our project manager, was outstanding from start to finish. He was informative at every step — he took the time to explain the process, the materials, and what to expect, so there were never any surprises. What stood out most was how thorough he was. he did detailed inspections before, during, and after the work, and he kept us updated the whole way through — we always knew exactly where things stood. The crew was professional, the Owens Corning Duration shingles (Onyx Black) look great, and the property was left clean when they finished. It's rare to find someone this communicative and detail-oriented on a big project. Highly recommend A1 — and ask for Markeese
