Ricardo the sales rep was thorough, explained the repairs, and the electrical issues that needed to be done. Daniel and Alejandro were great, helpful, professional, explained everything clearly and made the necessary repairs. They went above and beyond what I expected. Great customer service!! This young man was courteous and knowledgeable. He completed a warranty related electrical job (replaced a breaker). He also disclosed what could be the cause for the breaker tripping. Over all excellent experience.
