Travis did a great job fixing some wiring issues with my lights and outlets. He was very knowledgeable, addressed all my concerns and got everything working properly. I would definitely recommend Travis to anyone needing electrical work and also request him when I want other electrical work done.
Daniel and Alex did an awesome job replacing all the outlets in our home. They were efficient and respectful and did an exceptional job. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.
The technicians were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. After the job was completed, I later discovered a couple of outlets weren’t working. This was due to mistakes made by a previous contractor. The same technicians returned the following day and made the proper repair. I’m very happy and satisfied with the results and the response 👍
Ricardo the sales rep was thorough, explained the repairs, and the electrical issues that needed to be done. Daniel and Alejandro were great, helpful, professional, explained everything clearly and made the necessary repairs. They went above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend them to any of my friends. You can be confident in there work.
Prompt service, knowledgeable technician. Explanation and options were great Happy he came out! Wonderful service and care from Daniel and Alex!

Good experience with this company. Jose explained everything in detail and was very friendly. Then Abel and Pablo were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently the next morning. Grateful they got everything taken care of fast from start to finish.
It's 9:15pm and Jose is still here helping me. We've had bad power issues since Sunday and Jose has helped me step by step. I'm legally blind and Jose has taken care of everything and explains everything. A1 office has been great
The technician they sent out was friendly and efficient. Bert figured out the problem quickly and got the documentation I'll need to file for reimbursement from the electric company.
Called on Monday about putting in a new ceiling fan. They had someone out by Wednesday. Brandon was extremely efficient and extremely polite. He worked with me to make sure I could use the remote without any issues. I would have no problems, calling them back and requesting Brandon again to work on any electrical for my home. Great job.
Brandon was fantastic to work with. He answered all of my questions and handled everything quickly and professionally.
Travis did a great job! He's friendly, smart and does great work. It was a pleasure having him work on our electrical issues. Thanks Travis.
The power at my job has gone out due to the weather that hit Kingwood last Friday. The building was without power in the back and Luis came late at night to help us out and fix the problem so we could open back up in the morning. Luis was the best and was extremely thorough, nice, and hardworking, we appreciated his service very much! He’s amazing!
Jason is a great electrician. He is polite, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived a little over an hour after I placed my service call. He got the job done perfectly. I highly recommend A1 Plus.
Did well They could come out quickly and seemed to know what they were doing. The fix seemed expensive. Then they had to come out again because there was a surge during their work that broke one of our fans. They will install the new fan but would not pay for the fan itself. Juan was our second tech and he was…
Great and amazing job. Pablo and Abel did an outstanding job! Quick, easy, and reliable.
Luis what’s absolutely amazing. He went right to work and knew what he was doing and knew what he was looking for. Made some great suggestions and I’m ready to use them over and over again in my home and also in my businesses
Bert is awesome! He looked at the repair I needed and explained the best resolution. Then he educated me on how he will do the repair, leaving little or no sheetrock repairs for me to fix. He helped me with 2 other solutions to my list of “old home” problems, which we will have him take of later. Very knowledgeable…

Arrived on time and made it happen the same day. Couldn’t ask for more and the install was perfect. Commercial install was fast and professional and he asked questions to make sure it was done how I wanted and needed for the area. Will definitely keep them in the deck.

We used A1 after a lightning strike caused a huge power surge. We replaced our entire circuit panel box. Roy and Jose were great. They were friendly and got to work early on my project. The first technician (also Jose) was friendly and knowledgeable about the work needing to be done. I would recommend this company.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot and he did not get upset with all my questions. I have used A1 3 times for different issues not caused by them but our initial contractors. Thank you once again
Justin and his team did a tremendous job with quality of work and explanation exactly what needed to be done ! Because I was very novice to this area of work after completion and pictures taken to back to office to review found out that there was still installation that was left out! So first and foremost, A1 Electrical had stellar representation through Matthew Bryce. He was personable, astute, efficient, timely, and extremely helpful. He explained technical concepts in everyday language and painted a clear picture of what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. I highly recommend A1, and I suggest Matthew Bryce!
I called A1 as it was a “Google guarantee” with 5 stars. I was given a time slot of 1-4pm. I didn’t even get a phone call from my technician until 4:08pm. He informed me he was 1 hour and 9 minutes away. This was already a bad sign. When he arrived at 5:28pm, on a Friday, he was a polite young man. I explained the…

Very professional and helpful! Will be using for future projects!
We have had two engagements with A1 Plus, both of which went well. The first was back in 2019 to install outlets in our backyard palapa. The second was last night. Our meter malfunctioned and began to heat and smoke at around 7:00 pm. Counterpoint came out and disconnected. We called A1 Plus at 8:00p or so.…
They guy was a little bit late, but that wasn't the problem. I had what turned out to be a poorly wired switch to the furnace. Breaker kept flipping. After he looked at the breaker he told me I had to agree to a $519 diagnostic for him to proceed. It took him about thirty minutes to do the work. I will try to find…
