ABC Auto Care

Excellent people and service. We (my wife and I) have been going here for years and have never been disappointed by their professionalism and still making us feel like we are friends.

Without a doubt, excellent experience from start to finish. Easy appointment, professional service personnel, a real diagnosis, road test, immediate communication of work requirement, with estimated repairs, cost and time. Professionalism and communications were very reassuring throughout.

Was referred to this place by a friend. Looked them up, checked reviews, made a same day appt and dropped off my 95 Fleetwood Cadillac which was giving me AC issues. Not wanting to hit the summer heat wave and.not be ready, luckily ABC was able to quickly assess the issue, providing me updates along the way, and… Read full review

ABC Auto Care is a “First Rate” business! They have done major repairs on my Jeep and stand behind their work. Highly recommend their services!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff! I have patronized this establishment for years, and I am confident that my car is well cared for. Excellent service!

ABC is now my go to spot for repairs. Solid service thanks again Isaac and Omar.

Our AC problem was fixed very quickly for how much needed to be done, was a reasonable cost, and they kept me informed from the diagnostic to the fix and costs. The car was delivered when they estimated the fix to be done. Can’t ask for more.

I've been going to ABC for a few years now. They're very no-nonsense when it comes to getting the work done, and letting you know if they find anything else that looks problematic (my car is about to hit 200k miles, it happens). A special shout-out to Anders for noticing that my warped brake rotors were still under warranty (with just 2 days left!)

Excellent customer service provided by Andres. Very communicative and fairly priced. Will be back to do business with them again.

Excellent service and price

I have a car with a working air conditioner. Hugo was super helpful in getting the correct part. Installation went great at a very reasonable value. Thank you.

The customer service is exception. I have been going to ABC for over 20 years years due to this and how they help me keep my vehicles in good shape. Having used both a loaner car in the past and this time to and from service is greatly appreciated.

I took my car today to check what was wrong with the air condition. The staff was super nice and helpful from the moment I walked in into the office. They explained what were going to do, how long would it take to do the diagnostic and offered me a ride to my apartment and back to the shop when my car was ready.… Read full review

I was referred to ABC 10 years ago and they have been a great service for many of our family vehicles. We only use ABC, and we have no complaints at all, ever. *Update - 2021 - ABC is the best service center in Ventura proper, and Hugo and Isaac are amazing managers. People skills, honesty, great quality... that… Read full review

Anders was a fantastic guide, and the crew there fixed a vexing problem with the AC that had been misdiagnosed before. Great to have a fully-operational air conditioner again on this 18 year-old car. (2003 Toyota Matrix)

ABC is a shop you can trust. They do good work for reasonable prices. They are honest and fair I recommend them for all auto maintenance needs.

A minor coolant leak was found to be a major problem due to the location of the leak. ABC was very professional and was able to find the location. Although it was a lengthy repair, ABC kept me updated continually regarding the progress and cost, throughout the process. I highly recommend ABC Auto Care based on my experience.

Everyone was very courteous, professional and efficient. They were able to get my car repaired on a friday without much notice, as I had tried to call many places prior and no one was able to fit me in. The online reviews speak for themselves, I would happily take any of my cars there for repairs in the future

After two years towing for AAA, I noticed how happy and satisfied customers were with this shop. So when it came to my personal vehicle I new I had to make an appointment. I was not disappointed, and now I am a happy client. Just the professionalism, excellent customer service, and quality of workmanship. I know… Read full review
