I was in an emergency situation on a Sunday when I started hearing a horrible sound coming from one of my wheels. I jacked up my car on the side of the road, took the wheel off, and realized that my brake pads were completely worn down to the metal on one side, while the other side still had a plenty brake pad left.…

I've been going to ABC for a few years now. They're very no-nonsense when it comes to getting the work done, and letting you know if they find anything else that looks problematic (my car is about to hit 200k miles, it happens). A special shout-out to Anders for noticing that my warped brake rotors were still under warranty (with just 2 days left!)

Service Advisor Isaac was welcoming and explained the diagnostic report to me. He answered all my questions in a professional manner and was very helpful. The work was completed in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. I am a satisfied customer and will continue to have my Lexus serviced at ABC Autocare.
