Great service. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about automotive repairs.
Anders and the staff at ABC Auto Repair are able to get past records through CARFAX tells them and auto owner what has been done or needed. Had three vehicles, Porsche, Subaru and Tahoe done last month, all needed basic yearly repairs. The communication through text, email and phone calls were done by shop so the…
My service representative was Greg. A total professional that explained the process to fix my Forward Collision Warning light. The staff was so friendly, even dropping me off at my house this morning and ordering an uber to get my car. A1 service-highly recommend!
Excellent people and service. We (my wife and I) have been going here for years and have never been disappointed by their professionalism and still making us feel like we are friends.
The customer service is outstanding. The shuttle driver is so pleasant. The most important thing though, is the honesty and transparency. You are given an estimate and updates as the work goes on. Highly recommend.

Again, we had different work on my 2002 Ford and completely satisfied! Andrew took our call, scheduled an appt for the following week and now my turn signals are working! Andrew has been very attentive to our needs and appreciate his service. Thank you Andrew!
The Service at ABC was excellent. Anders Christensen went beyond and very professionally in getting my Cadillac CTS repaired and back to me in one day. I give them a five star review. Patrick
Andrew was my technician. I have never in my 70 years having owned more than 10 cars and 7 RVs had such an excellent experience at an auto repair facility. We spent more than a half an hour discussing the repair options and estimating pricing. This company is so organized and customer care oriented. I simply cannot…

The ABC team is extremely professional Mr. Anders is very knowledgeable and treats customers with friendly and courteous customer service. That is the reason that I will continue to bring Cars for all my car service needs.
Great, I love the people work here and trust them to get the work done right.
Only because of your observation of issues found while servicing my Buick, that has never missed a service, that had been done somewhere else, thank God ,for you folks to have, noticed and then shared this with me, was almost as impressive the quality and affordable repairs! My car is like a new vehicle! I am truly…
Excellent communication working with Anders. Work has always been completed in a timely way which has made me a repeat customer for both our cars. I recently had a part under warranty fail and it was immediately replaced without charge. Their prices and work are reasonable and honest. I highly recommend.
This was my first time and everybody took great care of my car and me! Thanks Guys!!
Excellent troubleshooting to verify the DEF pump on my 2017 Ram had failed. Issac kept me informed and provided a detailed courtesy inspection.
My truck had a electrical issue and ABC trouble shot the issue and could not replicate the problem. They did not charge me for the time they worked on the truck. Thank you very much!.
Very happy that they stuck to the original price. As soon as I can I’m gonna bring my Chevrolet truck in for servicing instead of the dealership, because I was so happy with their work.
I love ABC Auto Care. I drive an older vehicle & they are keeping me on the road. Twice in the past couple months I came in ( without an appointment), & their efficient & thorough staff from front to back took great care of me. They are the best.

I was referred to ABC 10 years ago and they have been a great service for many of our family vehicles. We only use ABC, and we have no complaints at all, ever. *Update - 2021 - ABC is the best service center in Ventura proper, and Hugo and Isaac are amazing managers. People skills, honesty, great quality... that…
Good company to get repairs done.
They were very thorough and did more then expected, and extremely nice. They gave me a rental car when they found another issue.
Anders took my car, found the source of the leak and worked very professionally to get my car back on the road. Very happy about the service, I will return.
Computer diagnosis helped with one problem did not with a second problem and caused a problem that required a second visit that did get resolved
