Excellent people and service. We (my wife and I) have been going here for years and have never been disappointed by their professionalism and still making us feel like we are friends.
Without a doubt, excellent experience from start to finish. Easy appointment, professional service personnel, a real diagnosis, road test, immediate communication of work requirement, with estimated repairs, cost and time. Professionalism and communications were very reassuring throughout.
They did a lot of great work in a day , and not only gave me a ride home but had an uber pick me up when it was finished after 4 . Super friendly crew , I have more to be done and I will definitely return . My car runs great again . Don’t trade your car in for a new , when you can have ABc fix it
Excellent Service Thank You!
Great job!
Amazing service and professionalism. Staff was friendly and honest. So thankful for taking care of my car and concerns.
ABC Auto Care is a “First Rate” business! They have done major repairs on my Jeep and stand behind their work. Highly recommend their services!

Best place in town! Honest, reliable and explains everything to you. Anders was great and the whole team there is wonderful. Highly recommended to anyone with a diesel vehicle.
Staff was professional, and notified me of any additional issues and associated charges. I’d use them again and will recommend them to family and friends.
One of the most professional auto mechanic shops I have ever gone to. The technology they pair with the service they provide is bar none. Pictures, details & descriptions. If you’re looking for honest quality work than this is the place!!
Outstanding and professional staff!! Delivered on time as promised and even picked me up!! Very pleased with all the work. Special commendation to Isaac and Lee -- thank you for your kind attention to the truck and to your service staff correctly diagnosing the brake & electrical issues.
The trust issue is so present. The entire staff are professional, kind, caring and so talented. Their service skills are incredible.
After a horrible experience with another mechanic and talking to other shops about the issues we were having with our 2002 Jeep Liberty we found Lee Lizarraga and ABC Auto Center thru Costco. We had ABC do a complete evaluation and inspection of our car. During the inspection period they provided in-depth answers…

Had lots (LOTS) of routine maintenance I had been postponing... Anders took care of getting me in and out with minimum downtime to get everything completed.
If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy and friendly auto shop for your vehicle…ABC Auto Care is where it’s at! I had called needing a new alternator and knew it should not put it off. They accommodated my need very graciously, even though I knew they were very busy. I am kind of new to Ventura, so I didn’t have a connection with any auto repair place, after Sears Auto closed down. I was referred to ABC by CarMax where I have…
I was referred to ABC 10 years ago and they have been a great service for many of our family vehicles. We only use ABC, and we have no complaints at all, ever. *Update - 2021 - ABC is the best service center in Ventura proper, and Hugo and Isaac are amazing managers. People skills, honesty, great quality... that…
My truck broke down and I was from out of state and I called ABC. I spoke with Isaac and he called a tow truck and made arrangements to get my truck to their shop and helped me get my dire situation resolved. Thank you so much for your professionalism and helpfulness.

Excellent customer service. Reasonable prices.
Very great service. Customer service was amazing very friendly and communicative. A go to spot for sure 👌
This was my first time taking my vehicle to this business. The inspection reports are great and the staff is friendly. I brought my car in for a general inspection and to have a few issues addressed. Besides getting an oil change and having the cabin air filters replaced, I decided to have the serpentine belt…
Anders took my car, found the source of the leak and worked very professionally to get my car back on the road. Very happy about the service, I will return.
The best car service I’ve experienced in years! They explained everything, gave an honest and very fair estimate, loaned me a car to drive for free while my car was in their shop 4 days, and the finished price was actually even less than the estimate! It’s not often that you leave a car shop paying less than…
