I just had some important maintenance done on my 2001 Audi TT Quattro. Very happy with ABC Auto Care. They kept me in the loop about their work, price seemed fair and all my issues were addressed in a timely matter. Passed my smog test, fixed an oil leak plus other work. Not many shops would work on this car- they did a great job.

Anders and the staff at ABC Auto Repair are able to get past records through CARFAX tells them and auto owner what has been done or needed. Had three vehicles, Porsche, Subaru and Tahoe done last month, all needed basic yearly repairs. The communication through text, email and phone calls were done by shop so the… Read full review

Excellent people and service. We (my wife and I) have been going here for years and have never been disappointed by their professionalism and still making us feel like we are friends.

Tired of waiting its been over 2 months of waiting on a qoute. Went in to replace a part on my Jeep during the repair they noticed another issue and said they will contact me with a qoute to repair the other part, well after multiple calls and texts my jeep is still half done with them saying they are still working on a qoute

Great Sevice...as usual. I love these guys!!

They did a lot of great work in a day , and not only gave me a ride home but had an uber pick me up when it was finished after 4 . Super friendly crew , I have more to be done and I will definitely return . My car runs great again . Don’t trade your car in for a new , when you can have ABc fix it

I have been going to ABC for decades. They have always been very helpful, which as a single lady, I so appreciate! This visit, they even took the time at the end of the day, to look at my sister's car when her sensor light came on driving me there! Before ABC, going to a mechanic was like going to the dentist! Now.… Read full review

Anders was my Service Agent Who outlined the various service items needed to keep my car in top running condition. I’d like the fact that they took pictures and educated me on things that needed to be fixed and the reason why. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge at ABC, AUTO CARE. I would definitely use them again

One of the things that sets ABC Autocare apart is the use of email and text message reminders when it is time to service my vehicles. Appointment times are as expected, honest discussions about vehicle condition are appreciated as well as the friendly and knowledgeable people who work there.

I always tell my friends on "nextdoor" when asked for a reference for Auto Repair to go to ABC Auto. I not only am happy with their services...I feel the warmth of family, and honesty...this is hard to find. If ABC Auto says something on the car needs attention, you can believe it.

Customer service is back. We went.to ABC Auto Care because of the reviews we read on line. From the moment we walked in the door the professional knowledge was evident. Their communication is perfect for our lifestyle. We will definitely trust them to take care of our Nissan.

Excellent experience. Well-run business that treats customers with respect.

I had been looking for a mechanic to do some work on my Acura NSX. I was fortunate to find Lee and his great team at ABC Auto Care. They did a terrific job and were very happy to go the extra mile to go above and beyond. Very happy with my experience there and will be back.

I've been going to ABC for a few years now. They're very no-nonsense when it comes to getting the work done, and letting you know if they find anything else that looks problematic (my car is about to hit 200k miles, it happens). A special shout-out to Anders for noticing that my warped brake rotors were still under warranty (with just 2 days left!)

Wet professional, was able to provide a ride home, the messaging for updates on status surpasses the local Audi dealer. Great price. The only issue was a bit too much AdiBlue was added to my diesel and it sprayed a bit out of the fuel door.

We have used ABC Auto Care for years. They do great work at very reasonable price. Car fixes and maintenance are not cheap but with ABC Auto Care I know my vehicles are well taken care of and will get the most life out of my cars.

Great service and very respectful. Trustworthy. Thanks for taking good care of me.

They were able to get my car back on the road and running better than ever in no time. Everyone there was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, honest, and trustworthy. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

One of the most professional auto mechanic shops I have ever gone to. The technology they pair with the service they provide is bar none. Pictures, details & descriptions. If you’re looking for honest quality work than this is the place!!

I love ABC Auto Care. I drive an older vehicle & they are keeping me on the road. Twice in the past couple months I came in ( without an appointment), & their efficient & thorough staff from front to back took great care of me. They are the best.

I used ABC Auto Care for the first time Monday 4/3/23, They serviced my 2012 F150.. They were great, honest and friendly people. They did a wonderful job on my truck, and treated me like they really appreciated my business, the whole team was friendly and accommodating. ABC Auto Care is now my new SERVICE CENTER. Thank You so much

As always, Isaac and Hugo were great. Nothing major done, but the service is always 1st class. You provide great service and the integrity of your business speaks for itself.

Excellent service, very fast and professional

Anders and all of the employees at ABC Auto Care are among the most honest & professional people I have ever had work on ANY of my vehicles. I highly recommend that you take your vehicles here for any of the quality services they offer.

Lee, Hugo and Isaac are all professional and able to explain the maintenance or repairs that need to be taken care of. They send reminders when service is due which makes maintaining our vehicles even easier.

Service Advisor Isaac was welcoming and explained the diagnostic report to me. He answered all my questions in a professional manner and was very helpful. The work was completed in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. I am a satisfied customer and will continue to have my Lexus serviced at ABC Autocare.

These guys are great. I decided to use them for service on my Porsche and was very happy with results. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

I always feel confident in the service my car receives at ABC Auto Care. They are the best in town!

Employees were vice professional. Work done in a timely manner.

ABC Auto Care is reliable and trustworthy. They are the best!

Great work- online booking is also nice but needs adjusting so you don’t make a 7:30 AM appt only to show up 1:2 hr before the mechanics. Recommend.

First time to ABC. Came highly recommend. Anders took great care of us.

We love ABC and the customer service they offer! Our car is always cared for as if it was their own. Very accommodating for busy working professionals, friendly staff, convenient location.

Great people I was dealing Isaac and he was very honest and I had laundry list to fix and only recommended what needed to be fixed. I also have my mechanic Anders Christensen there and service all of my cars. That was the reason I went there because of my mechanic Anders Christensen.

Had lots (LOTS) of routine maintenance I had been postponing... Anders took care of getting me in and out with minimum downtime to get everything completed.

If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy and friendly auto shop for your vehicle…ABC Auto Care is where it’s at! Normal maintenance

ABC Auto in a word is INTEGRITY. Their expertise begins with the person listening to and writing up your order. I'll keep going to them another 10 years!

My car all of a sudden was making an awful squeaking noise while shopping in Ventura. It was so loud people in parking lots were given us bad looks. It didn’t happen when we braked so we could not figure it out. My daughter googled a shop with good ratings nearby, so we drove straight to ABC. Of course workers heard… Read full review

Thanks thy give me a good price on the repair . it had 19 Trouble codes.

The service is always top notch. Great crew and very fair pricing. Trusted auto service provider for us.

I have brought my truck in to numerous places and no one has been able to determine why my engine has a slow turnover at times. One of the mechanics relayed that he has seen this before and replaced a starter for someone else who had the problem, and it resolved it. Glad to hear someone knew what they were dealing… Read full review

My car has been making a noise when I back up and I was concerned that it might be a U-Joint issue. I took it into them and they checked out my car and determined it was in great shape, nothing to worry about. They did a free inspection and I also had them change the oil. I dropped my car off at 7:30am and had it… Read full review

Lee, Lisa & crew are all friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and fast. They've taken care of our cars for over 16 years and will do so in the future! Take your car problems to ABC for a positive result!

Very professional and reasonable. Anders worked with me on what I felt in a very personal level. My porsche had been sitting for quite some time. So there was a long list of work that was needed to get it done. They thoroughly went through and we came up with the priorities. Very fair on the cost. Car is running like a Swiss clock.

I'm relatively new with ABC and am very happy that I made the move.

Isaac and staff are so friendly! They have a great multipoint inspeciation system that emails/texts report. We took my daughters vehicle in on Tuesday with suspension and power steering issues with her VW Passat and it was ready by Friday at a reasonable cost. Clean and friendly staff - gets 5 stars from The Paynes! THANKS ABC Auto Care!

Friendly, prompt, professional service! Will be using this place for my car needs in the future!

The team at ABC Auto is top notch and even more importantly, they are trustworthy. On my last visit, I asked for a ride home and came to find out half way through the drive that it was the owner, Lee, who was driving me home. Lee is kind, humble and definitely the type of guy I want to give my business to. I will continue to come back.

Love their service and quality. I always feel like they treat me as if I’m family and trust their opinion.

I was referred to ABC 10 years ago and they have been a great service for many of our family vehicles. We only use ABC, and we have no complaints at all, ever. *Update - 2021 - ABC is the best service center in Ventura proper, and Hugo and Isaac are amazing managers. The communication from the main contact was very good. The work was preformed on time and with excellent attention to detail. This was my first time at this shop, I will be coming back again when the need arises.

I was referred by a coworker so I decided to give them a try. They were very professional and did what they quoted without increasing their prices. In fact they did a few more minor items that were not on the list and went the extra mile for great customer service. I will bring my other work vehicles there in the future!

I had a complete water pump replacement for a good price, great customer service , and got my car back in a day. Most definitely will use there service again and would definitely recommend
