Anders and the whole team did an excellent job on servicing my Audi A7...as usual

Anders and the staff at ABC Auto Repair are able to get past records through CARFAX tells them and auto owner what has been done or needed. Had three vehicles, Porsche, Subaru and Tahoe done last month, all needed basic yearly repairs. The communication through text, email and phone calls were done by shop so the… Read full review

Tech advisor are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Andrew is amazing with gently spirit, knowledgeable, clear and show care.

Andrew did an excellent job of responding to my vehicle issues in a clear and direct way. He offered me options to handle my vehicle concerns and didn’t push for extra work. I appreciate his helpful professionalism. I highly recommend ABC Auto Care.

All the guys are awesome, clutch, oil change, tire rotation. Thank you

Great experience from start to finish. Service with a smile and then some. We keep coming back❤️

So far I am very happy with the service. George went above and beyond to make sure my car was in great shape. He helped me understand the costs and what will be needed in the future.

Very comfortable. I was kept up to speed on information about my car. They were through and efficient. Grateful to have found them. .

Very professional and friendly. Do a great job maintaining all my cars and trucks.

Great Sevice...as usual. I love these guys!!

They did a lot of great work in a day , and not only gave me a ride home but had an uber pick me up when it was finished after 4 . Super friendly crew , I have more to be done and I will definitely return . My car runs great again . Don’t trade your car in for a new , when you can have ABc fix it

I gave a 5 star rating for this shop. I really like the fact that they’re not trying to sell things to me but show what is needed on my vehicle through the inspections and pictures. The costs are reasonable and the front desk service advisor. Anders is great real nice and clean shop. I would highly recommend them.

This was the third time around. We took our third family car, a 2015 VW diesel Wagon, for an oil change. Staff is welcoming, warm, friendly and professional. Explained result of vehicle inspection and car was ready for pick up when promised. Great service!!

ABC Auto Care always does a great job, on time and everyone is very professional and pleasant. They make getting your car serviced as enjoyable as possible.

Excellent Service Thank You!

I live about 30 miles away but was so impressed with comments about their service I decided to take my car to them. I needed an oil change and front end work. The inspected my car, changed the oil and related services, rotated my tires and repaired the front end. They noticed some "cupping" on the tires and… Read full review

The staff is always friendly and the work is performed professionally.

We have taken our vehicles to ABC Auto Care for years. Honest, fair priced and just good people.

I have been going to ABC for decades. They have always been very helpful, which as a single lady, I so appreciate! This visit, they even took the time at the end of the day, to look at my sister's car when her sensor light came on driving me there! Before ABC, going to a mechanic was like going to the dentist! Now.… Read full review

The team is always honest and professional! Thank you Issac! And thank you to the rest of the team that kept me updated! You guys are the best!

Amazing job. Quick. Efficient. Affordable.

Friendly and professional staff, and efficient service. No surprises on the bill either, which I really appreciated, too! :). Highly recommend.

Love this place. Fair price and friendly staff. After a regular oil change they gave me a list of items needing future service and I knew about most of them, but it was a good and gentle reminder.

ABC Auto Care is a “First Rate” business! They have done major repairs on my Jeep and stand behind their work. Highly recommend their services!

ABC takes care of their customers

As many of you know, it is so important to have a “go to” auto repair shop that you can trust. ABC Auto Care in Ventura is that place. You can always be sure that you will receive the best care for your vehicle and they won’t gouge you for other unnecessary costs.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff! I have patronized this establishment for years, and I am confident that my car is well cared for. Excellent service!

One of the things that sets ABC Autocare apart is the use of email and text message reminders when it is time to service my vehicles. Appointment times are as expected, honest discussions about vehicle condition are appreciated as well as the friendly and knowledgeable people who work there.

I always tell my friends on "nextdoor" when asked for a reference for Auto Repair to go to ABC Auto. I not only am happy with their services...I feel the warmth of family, and honesty...this is hard to find. If ABC Auto says something on the car needs attention, you can believe it.

Very Professional and pleasant to work with .they diagnosed the issue and fixed all so far my Jeep is running great

Great, I love the people work here and trust them to get the work done right.

We are returning customers. ABC Auto Care always provides an outstanding costumers servicie, people are very cordial, prompt to help, and always available to provide a courtesy ride. Certainly an outstanding leadership is the result of their success and it clearly shows. Isaac as always super helpful and cordial Thanks again

Excellent service! Friendly staff and they gave me a loaner car for the week my car was there! My car is running better than ever! Also, they said you a break down of all services from urgent to non urgent before they do anything to the car! I won’t go anywhere else! Thank you Anders for taking care of me and making feel confident Samantha V

This was my 2nd visit and was surprised that I was remembered from my 1st visit. Every customer service rep there is very personable and friendly. As usual, ABC diagnosed, estimated and effected repairs on my vehicle in a timely manor at a fair price. Not the lowest price. That would involve me doing the work myself but I am a firm believer in allowing those in the trade to do their work. I've been going to ABC for a few years now. They're very no-nonsense when it comes to getting the work done, and letting you know if they find anything else that looks problematic (my car is about to hit 200k miles, it happens). A special shout-out to Anders for noticing that my warped brake rotors were still under warranty (with just 2 days left!)

Wet professional, was able to provide a ride home, the messaging for updates on status surpasses the local Audi dealer. Great price. The only issue was a bit too much AdiBlue was added to my diesel and it sprayed a bit out of the fuel door.

Had my 2010 Panamera serviced here and was not disappointed! Anders is an incredibly knowledgeable technician. Will take my vehicles here to be serviced.

Anders did a great job with my Porsche Boxster. They everything right, on time and on budget. It's like a new car.

The issues with my car were complex, in that an extremely important part that needed replacement was difficult to find and needed a lengthy search to locate. Anders demonstrated diligent determination to search out the part necessary to complete the repairs, as well as to simultaneously address the other needed… Read full review

Very fast and great communication

A GREAT experience at ABC, from making the appointment online, to check-in with service advisor Anders at the scheduled time two days later, to picking up my serviced Subaru Impreza in the afternoon that same day. ABC auto repair does excellent work on trucks. Our 97 Ford F150 needed a variety of things done to get its smog tag. ABC worked relentlessly and got the job done.. ABC got two CATs right away and drove them to set them perfectly. This is the place. A family business working for you. I highly recommend them. Thanks ABC auto!

I love ABC Auto Care. I drive an older vehicle & they are keeping me on the road. Twice in the past couple months I came in ( without an appointment), & their efficient & thorough staff from front to back took great care of me. They are the best.

I used ABC Auto Care for the first time Monday 4/3/23, They serviced my 2012 F150.. They were great, honest and friendly people. They did a wonderful job on my truck, and treated me like they really appreciated my business, the whole team was friendly and accommodating. ABC Auto Care is now my new SERVICE CENTER. Thank You so much

Top notch treatment and attention to detail as always, that’s why I keep coming back! Appreciate your attention to detail! Thank you!

Outstanding and professional staff!! Delivered on time as promised and even picked me up!! Very pleased with all the work. Special commendation to Isaac and Lee -- thank you for your kind attention to the truck and to your service staff correctly diagnosing the brake & electrical issues.

As always, Isaac and Hugo were great. Nothing major done, but the service is always 1st class. You provide great service and the integrity of your business speaks for itself.

These guys are fantastic! I will never go anywhere else!…NO I’m NOT related!

Lee, Hugo and Isaac are all professional and able to explain the maintenance or repairs that need to be taken care of. They send reminders when service is due which makes maintaining our vehicles even easier.

ABC goes out of their way to make you feel valued. I have been going to them for over 15 years and I've gone by with "little things" that they take care of them on the spot. They are up front regarding costs.

A great experience! Honest and professional, these guys kept in contact with me and made sure my vehicle was perfect before returning it to me. I am truly impressed and my vehicle is running great! I would recommend this shop!!

ABC Auto Care is a great place to have your car serviced. This was my first visit and is now my favorite place to take my vehicle. Everyone was very knowledgeable and caring. Range Rover Sports - Had the water pump changed due to leaks. Also had my front brakes changed (rotor & pads). They did a great job and within quoted prices. Isaac was very helpful and accomodating.

After a horrible experience with another mechanic and talking to other shops about the issues we were having with our 2002 Jeep Liberty we found Lee Lizarraga and ABC Auto Center thru Costco. We had ABC do a complete evaluation and inspection of our car. During the inspection period they provided in-depth answers… Read full review

It’s always such a nice visit even though my car wasn’t so nice. Everyone is always so nice, polite and always attentive. Thank you guys so much!

Good service. Friendly. They use OEM parts. Fixed bad wire in my headlight also.

We are very pleased with the work done on our Honda Civic. As well, Isaac was very helpful and professional. I have recommended ABC to my friends. Thank you! Julie Dratewka

Love you guys. Everyone up front is SO professional and personable. The super competent guys in the back make the customer feel secure

They took great care of us and our car. Great service!

Great work- online booking is also nice but needs adjusting so you don’t make a 7:30 AM appt only to show up 1:2 hr before the mechanics. Recommend.

Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. ABC Auto Care was highly recommended by a good friend and my wife and I are very satisfied.

I’ve been coming to ABC since the early 90’s and I’ll never go anywhere else. They are courteous, professional and have never ONCE tried to sell me a repair I didn’t need. They have gone above and beyond to help me time and again, they’ve evaluated cars I wanted to buy, advised me on future repairs, and when I had… Read full review

I have always received the attention I need and even what I would consider “extra care” from a mechanic. Lee, Isaac, Anders, Andrew, and the workers in the shop are awesome!

Great people, Hugo is wonderful, looks out for his clients. Very satisfied with the service and excellent customer service at the front office. Very clean shop as well.

ABC Auto in a word is INTEGRITY. Their expertise begins with the person listening to and writing up your order. I'll keep going to them another 10 years!

Great to be back with the ABC family! Excellent service. Fair prices. Honest diagnosis. What more could you want? Been with them over 35 years. Thanks, Lee.

My car has been making a noise when I back up and I was concerned that it might be a U-Joint issue. I took it into them and they checked out my car and determined it was in great shape, nothing to worry about. They did a free inspection and I also had them change the oil. I love ABC!! Wonderful business - Ventura is fortunate to have them!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Truck was finished in short time and ready to go. Made arrangements for another repair on the spot.

I was referred by a coworker so I decided to give them a try. They were very professional and did what they quoted without increasing their prices. In fact they did a few more minor items that were not on the list and went the extra mile for great customer service. I will bring my other work vehicles there in the future!

Great company

Everyone was very courteous, professional and efficient. They were able to get my car repaired on a friday without much notice, as I had tried to call many places prior and no one was able to fit me in. The online reviews speak for themselves, I would happily take any of my cars there for repairs in the future

Every member of staff I've spoken to has been professional, polite, and clear in my years of being a customer. I've never had an unexpected problem with the car on their watch.

Was super hesitant at first since I’ve gone to the same dealership to get my car worked on since 2017 and this was my first time going somewhere new since moving to the area this year. But the transition went smoothly! Guys in the office were able to quote me on everything before working on my car and answered all… Read full review

This is the BEST shop in Ventura. I take both of my cars here so they work on many different makes and models. I’m so glad I found them. I really trust these people because they are honest and reasonable. They even went above and beyond and called the dealer for me to discuss some recall repairs.
