Very friendly and very thorough inspection and repair of my vehicle.
My vehicle feels completely different almost like a new car I'm very happy with the service
All the guys are awesome, clutch, oil change, tire rotation. Thank you
Excellent people and service. We (my wife and I) have been going here for years and have never been disappointed by their professionalism and still making us feel like we are friends.
My current mechanic does not work on Tesla vehicles, so I researched auto shops without having to take it to the dealership and ABC came out as a top quality auto shop that also repairs Tesla vehicles. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of my vehicle, and when I mentioned the issues to them, they gave me…
... and yet another return visit for me - Its ALWAYS a pleasure working with these guys! In. Out. DONE!
I live about 30 miles away but was so impressed with comments about their service I decided to take my car to them. I needed an oil change and front end work. The inspected my car, changed the oil and related services, rotated my tires and repaired the front end. They noticed some "cupping" on the tires and…
We are a Carmax warranty customer. The crew was very welcoming and had great customer service. Very knowledgeable technicians.
Great shop. On the exspensive side but at least they are honest and prove it with a really cool link they send you when evaluating your vehicle.
ABC Auto Care is a “First Rate” business! They have done major repairs on my Jeep and stand behind their work. Highly recommend their services!
I always tell my friends on "nextdoor" when asked for a reference for Auto Repair to go to ABC Auto. I not only am happy with their services...I feel the warmth of family, and honesty...this is hard to find. If ABC Auto says something on the car needs attention, you can believe it.
Great, I love the people work here and trust them to get the work done right.
ABC Autocare is always there when i need them… outstanding mechanics and service managers.. i know that when i bring my vehicle to ABC it is done right the first time.. they go as far as even sending me pictures of exactly what is wrong and explaining why replacement is needed.. and breaking it down to immediate…
A great experience. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and gave me a list of future repairs needed. I do and will recommend ABC Auto Care. They deserve a 5 star. Thanks.
Great people and a great place for auto repairs. So far I have only had an inspection and estimate of my issue, but it was without issues. The offer great advice and there was no pressure on any up sell, or anything. They provided a clear written estimate and suggested what should be done first and made themselves…
I've been going to ABC for a few years now. They're very no-nonsense when it comes to getting the work done, and letting you know if they find anything else that looks problematic (my car is about to hit 200k miles, it happens). A special shout-out to Anders for noticing that my warped brake rotors were still under warranty (with just 2 days left!)
Great service from start to finish very honest and helpful. I will be taking my cars here now you gained a customer
Amazing place to get your vehicle serviced! Set an appointment and they had my truck back up and running within 2 days. Had a problem with another truck that even the dealer couldn’t repair, they gave up on it. These guys had it diagnosed and repaired in 3 days. Horrible electrical problem that the truck had and…
One of the most professional auto mechanic shops I have ever gone to. The technology they pair with the service they provide is bar none. Pictures, details & descriptions. If you’re looking for honest quality work than this is the place!!
Accurate diagnosis and fast repair at a very fair cost! Great team - friendly service, definite five stars!
Lee and his crew always do fantastic work. Andrew was a huge help. The old Pontiac is a bit of a basket case, but they got it done on time and it cost what they said it would cost. Won't take any of my cars anywhere else.
Great people, Hugo is wonderful, looks out for his clients. Found him when Honda dealership tried to rip me of on $$ tires bought from them Wasn’t even a client then at ABC, Hugo reviewed what Honda dealership said, looked at my tire, explained everything to me and wrote report that I took back to dealership and got…
So Friendly and very fair pricing! I will recommend ABC Auto Care to all my friends! Very happy with ABC..😊
The team did a great job on my vehicle. On time, on budget, and responsive to inquiries. We will use them again!
I was traveling through Ventura and trying to get back home, and my vehicle suddenly had horrible steering issues. It was right around Christmas time and they still saw me quickly and fixed the problem easily. Everything about the place was professional. I feel very lucky and would highly recommend them to anyone who needed a great mechanic on their side!
Isaac and staff are so friendly! They have a great multipoint inspeciation system that emails/texts report. We took my daughters vehicle in on Tuesday with suspension and power steering issues with her VW Passat and it was ready by Friday at a reasonable cost. Clean and friendly staff - gets 5 stars from The Paynes! THANKS ABC Auto Care!
Can't say enough about ABC and Hugo. They were a great help in getting what I needed for my truck. Thank you!
I was referred to ABC 10 years ago and they have been a great service for many of our family vehicles. We only use ABC, and we have no complaints at all, ever. *Update - 2021 - ABC is the best service center in Ventura proper, and Hugo and Isaac are amazing managers. People skills, honesty, great quality... that…
Fast and efficient. Received quote online through e-mail sand set my appointment. Excellent work. Good experience. Hugo was great to work with. My first experience there. I'll be back.
Really professional and I appreciated how they treated my son and allowed me to pay remotely with different financial institutions.
I was referred by a coworker so I decided to give them a try. They were very professional and did what they quoted without increasing their prices. In fact they did a few more minor items that were not on the list and went the extra mile for great customer service. I will bring my other work vehicles there in the future!
I had a complete water pump replacement for a good price, great customer service , and got my car back in a day. Most definitely will use there service again and would definitely recommend
Super friendly, efficient, and affordable. I had been looking for a new mechanic, and I knew about them because I brought my car in briefly for them to check the tire pressure, which they did (and inflated my tires) at no charge. I remembered their kindness and so came back when it was time for new tires and they did not disappoint. Really great crew.
Anders was super helpful and the truck came back on time. Two year warranty on the work is awesome too!
ABC Auto Care is great! They do a fantastic job and their customer service is always top notch. I’ve dealt with Anders often and can say that he is a caring customer rep and outstanding technician. I highly recommend ABC!
I was beyond thrilled with not only the quality of service but the professionalism of their business. Every time I called to check in with them they were so kind and knew exactly what they were talking about and how to answer my questions. They were exceptionally good at being timely with the repairs. I also finally…
