Excellent people and service. We (my wife and I) have been going here for years and have never been disappointed by their professionalism and still making us feel like we are friends.

Without a doubt, excellent experience from start to finish. Easy appointment, professional service personnel, a real diagnosis, road test, immediate communication of work requirement, with estimated repairs, cost and time. Professionalism and communications were very reassuring throughout.

So far I am very happy with the service. George went above and beyond to make sure my car was in great shape. He helped me understand the costs and what will be needed in the future.

I have a very old bmw that is a classic, it is difficult to sustain at peak performance. They always do! They know what they are doing and repairs are made top notch & efficiently. I will only go to ABC.

ABC goes out of their way to make you feel valued. I have been going to them for over 15 years and I've gone by with "little things" that they take care of them on the spot. They are up front regarding costs.

Great people I was dealing Isaac and he was very honest and I had laundry list to fix and only recommended what needed to be fixed. I also have my mechanic Anders Christensen there and service all of my cars. That was the reason I went there because of my mechanic Anders Christensen.

The customer service is exception. I have been going to ABC for over 20 years years due to this and how they help me keep my vehicles in good shape. Having used both a loaner car in the past and this time to and from service is greatly appreciated.

Always there for driver's safety. No more franchise repair shops for me. There is no substitute for sincere customer care. And ABC is there for me for a to z repair.

I was referred by a coworker so I decided to give them a try. They were very professional and did what they quoted without increasing their prices. In fact they did a few more minor items that were not on the list and went the extra mile for great customer service. I will bring my other work vehicles there in the future!

Super friendly, efficient, and affordable. I had been looking for a new mechanic, and I knew about them because I brought my car in briefly for them to check the tire pressure, which they did (and inflated my tires) at no charge. I remembered their kindness and so came back when it was time for new tires and they did not disappoint. Really great crew.

After two years towing for AAA, I noticed how happy and satisfied customers were with this shop. So when it came to my personal vehicle I new I had to make an appointment. I shopped everything in Ventura to get special tires and rims for my Range Rover Sport. They beat everybody's prices with no haggling at all. I'm going to be going back to them for maintenance now from now on too!
