Andrew and Isaac both helped me and were very courteous and friendly. I emphasized that I had to drive to an appointment the next day very far away and they worked hard to get my car done early the next morning! Very satisfied! Will come again!

Andrew did an excellent job of responding to my vehicle issues in a clear and direct way. He offered me options to handle my vehicle concerns and didn’t push for extra work. I appreciate his helpful professionalism. I highly recommend ABC Auto Care.

All the guys are awesome, clutch, oil change, tire rotation. Thank you

Excellent people and service. We (my wife and I) have been going here for years and have never been disappointed by their professionalism and still making us feel like we are friends.

Without a doubt, excellent experience from start to finish. Easy appointment, professional service personnel, a real diagnosis, road test, immediate communication of work requirement, with estimated repairs, cost and time. Professionalism and communications were very reassuring throughout.

My current mechanic does not work on Tesla vehicles, so I researched auto shops without having to take it to the dealership and ABC came out as a top quality auto shop that also repairs Tesla vehicles. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of my vehicle, and when I mentioned the issues to them, they gave me… Read full review

Great Sevice...as usual. I love these guys!!

This was my first experience and everyone was professional and kind. I appreciate a place I can trust.

I live about 30 miles away but was so impressed with comments about their service I decided to take my car to them. I needed an oil change and front end work. The inspected my car, changed the oil and related services, rotated my tires and repaired the front end. They noticed some "cupping" on the tires and… Read full review

They always take care of my wifes 2005 honda pilot when repairs need to be made, they dont price gouge and do a quality diagnosis and repair at a reasonable price! I would recommend them!

Knowledgeable people and prices are reasonable compared to the dealer.

ABC Auto Care is a “First Rate” business! They have done major repairs on my Jeep and stand behind their work. Highly recommend their services!

I always tell my friends on "nextdoor" when asked for a reference for Auto Repair to go to ABC Auto. I not only am happy with their services...I feel the warmth of family, and honesty...this is hard to find. If ABC Auto says something on the car needs attention, you can believe it.

Great, I love the people work here and trust them to get the work done right.

Extremely professional and reasonable. Valued my concerns and explained everything in detail. Have taken all my business there.

Anders helped me out so much with my 2010 Porsche and continue reminding me what my car needs. Love their dedication to there service.

A great experience. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and gave me a list of future repairs needed. I do and will recommend ABC Auto Care. They deserve a 5 star. Thanks.

Isaac is very thorough in serving my Lexus every visit He extends the courtesy to shuttle and transport my car back home to me when it was finished!

I've been going to ABC for a few years now. They're very no-nonsense when it comes to getting the work done, and letting you know if they find anything else that looks problematic (my car is about to hit 200k miles, it happens). A special shout-out to Anders for noticing that my warped brake rotors were still under warranty (with just 2 days left!)

One of the most professional auto mechanic shops I have ever gone to. The technology they pair with the service they provide is bar none. Pictures, details & descriptions. If you’re looking for honest quality work than this is the place!!

We are very pleased with the work done on our Honda Civic. As well, Isaac was very helpful and professional. I have recommended ABC to my friends. Thank you! Julie Dratewka

well done

We love ABC and the customer service they offer! Our car is always cared for as if it was their own. Very accommodating for busy working professionals, friendly staff, convenient location.

Great people I was dealing Isaac and he was very honest and I had laundry list to fix and only recommended what needed to be fixed. I also have my mechanic Anders Christensen there and service all of my cars. That was the reason I went there because of my mechanic Anders Christensen.

Great people, Hugo is wonderful, looks out for his clients. Found him when Honda dealership tried to rip me of on $$ tires bought from them Wasn’t even a client then at ABC, Hugo reviewed what Honda dealership said, looked at my tire, explained everything to me and wrote report that I took back to dealership and got… Read full review

ABC Auto in a word is INTEGRITY. Their expertise begins with the person listening to and writing up your order. I'll keep going to them another 10 years!

We've been taking our cars to ABC Auto Care for years, and the friendly staff has always provided top-level customer service at the most competitive prices we've found. As it becomes more difficult these days to find businesses that are willing and even able to offer the courtesy and respect that today's customer… Read full review

ABC Auto Care rocks!! Anders not only listens he knows what he is doing. You have a great team. Keep up the good work!

Isaac and staff are so friendly! They have a great multipoint inspeciation system that emails/texts report. We took my daughters vehicle in on Tuesday with suspension and power steering issues with her VW Passat and it was ready by Friday at a reasonable cost. Clean and friendly staff - gets 5 stars from The Paynes! THANKS ABC Auto Care!

Great experience! I spoke with Hugo and got free estimates on the three services that needed to be done to my car. I have a 2001 VW bug that got its front axle(s) replaced/repaired, two wheel alignment performed, and front strut(s) replaced. I found out about the three car issues from Concours Motors while I was… Read full review

I was referred to ABC 10 years ago and they have been a great service for many of our family vehicles. We only use ABC, and we have no complaints at all, ever. *Update - 2021 - ABC is the best service center in Ventura proper, and Hugo and Isaac are amazing managers. People skills, honesty, great quality... that… Read full review

I was referred by a coworker so I decided to give them a try. They were very professional and did what they quoted without increasing their prices. In fact they did a few more minor items that were not on the list and went the extra mile for great customer service. I will bring my other work vehicles there in the future!

Super friendly, efficient, and affordable. I had been looking for a new mechanic, and I knew about them because I brought my car in briefly for them to check the tire pressure, which they did (and inflated my tires) at no charge. I remembered their kindness and so came back when it was time for new tires and they did not disappoint. Really great crew.

Everyone makes the experience very pleasant. I recommend this business to everyone.

This is the BEST shop in Ventura. I take both of my cars here so they work on many different makes and models. I’m so glad I found them. I really trust these people because they are honest and reasonable. They even went above and beyond and called the dealer for me to discuss some recall repairs. I’ve found the only place I’m taking my car!

I was beyond thrilled with not only the quality of service but the professionalism of their business. Every time I called to check in with them they were so kind and knew exactly what they were talking about and how to answer my questions. They were exceptionally good at being timely with the repairs. I also finally… Read full review
